Very beautiful shrug cardigan I did have to watch quite a few times as doing the collar bit confused me to start with
Only criticism i have is that there is too much of a close up shots so hard to see were you was at when doing the collar
you have another video of a similar cardigan which is perfect showing step by step how it's done
Thank you for sharing your Patten it's very cute x

You are an awesome instructor! You are so thorough. I feel confident in trying this pattern now! Unfortunately, the yarn originally used in the pattern is no longer available. Yarnsub suggests a few alternatives, thankfully!
👍👍👍super
Where do I get the written pattern for free
Hola Vicky tienes el PATRóN en español en otras paginas, buscas en Google chaqueta con rectángulos en crochet y encuentras patrones...
Hermoso.... Ojalá tuviera subtítulos en español 👍🏼
También lo quisiera en español.
I just want to say thank you for this model and step by step instruction! I am loving my new cardigan! And it was fun to work with bulky yarn and a big hook, even though I made some mistakes and had to redo each part :D

So, I’ve been crocheting since I was 9 (I’m 26 now), and this is the only pattern I’ve ever attempted that I haven’t been able to make turn out like it’s supposed to, even though I used the exact same yarn (just in a different color). The main rectangle was fine and worked up great, but I discovered that the collar was the problem and ended up having to nix it altogether. I checked that I had the correct gauge multiple times, but no matter what, it ended up looking nothing like the pictures. There were so many rows that it actually weighed down the rest of the sweater to the point where the sweater as a whole was noticeably longer in the front than in the back. The collar actually hung down PAST the rest of the sweater rather than being level with it as the pictures showed, despite the fact that I marked it using fewer stitches (farther up from the bottom) than what the pattern calls for, and despite the fact that I constantly made sure I had the correct number of stitches. I tried tweaking it, using fewer rows, etc. but to no avail. The same problem persisted - the collar was simply way too big. I ended up keeping the main rectangle as my base and just creating my own collar using a different method. Just thought you should be aware that the collar part is kind of off, and isn’t turning out like the pictures for some people, despite having everything correct (stitch count, gauge, yarn weight). Not hating, just wanted to let you know in case others start expressing the same issue 😊
Also, as a side note, I don’t understand how you got that gauge with an 8 mm hook. I had to go down to a 6 mm in order to match it.
Which method did you use to create your collar? :) I'm at this section now and COMPLETELY intimidated!
Larissa Hope I like a ribbed look when it comes to collars and edges of cardigans, so I did the method shown in the link below but I just used a different number of base chains based on how wide I wanted the collar to be. If I could I would share a picture of how mine turned out, but sadly UA-cam won’t let you share pictures :(
Here’s the link. The collar portion starts at 33:46

@@crazycorgiladyus7418 Amazing thank you so much!!! I appreciate your help and I'm sure your sweater looks gorgeous!
Larissa Hope You’re welcome!! Hope you find that way easier and that it works out better for you. :) I agree that the “dos” and “do nots” in the written pattern are a little confusing and take some getting used to. I’m a very visual learner, so I tend to find tutorials like the one I shared more helpful. I tried the collar the way it was written twice and both times it turned out SO big and weighed the sweater down SO much that it was down to my ankles. Not exaggerating
@@crazycorgiladyus7418 I'm a visual learner too and it takes me a while to figure out the written patterns sometimes too so being able to actually see it makes it sooo much easier! Wow that is huge and wouldn't be very good for wearing because you'd be almost tripping over it! I'm using a thicker yarn too so if I followed it I'm sure mine would turn out similar, if not way worse!
Can you do a tutorial on how to crochet slippers (with soles) that look like toms lomas slip ons (please search for it if you don’t know it)

I Like this cardigan, she didn't explain
Enough, we want, substitles in spanish.
Esta muy bien el proyecto, pero habla demasiado, fuera mejor lo explicara
Haciendo el trabajo, desde el inicio de la parte 2 , jamás me ubique', me perdí, me confundi' mucho, y el proyecto me quedo sin terminar.
the PDF written pattern is NOT free!
Correct, the PDF is not free (and it is not advertised that way). The free written pattern (which is not a PDF) is linked in the video description box, and is available on the blog.
Holy Shit this is the most complicated thing I have ever seen
The Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as what He told Moses (Exodus 3:14), but that was altered in the English Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), but...altered...English Scriptures. These 2 verses have, however, been preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. All followers of the Messiah are supposed to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ, to Whom ABRaHM tithed. Ask the Messiah to be your personal Savior. He is the only way to Everlasting Life.
