Guru Bhai : I am doing gaining as per your guidance 6 Meals a Day, Results are awesome. But as soon as I start diet plan (6 meals per day) I facing Gas issues. As I reduce my meals to 2~3 per day. Than no more Gas issue. Please tell me what to do about it.
