I've always liked David's drumming style. It fit Korn. A lot of his tracks were very busy with his hands and doing crazy patterns that if you don't play drums or listen to each instrument on its own you'll miss it. The new drummer Ray is good but I personally prefer David's style. I just wish David incorporated the double bass drum more often. Either way great fucking cover! I've been going through all your videos and you got chops dude. From one drummer to another you got skills dude.
dude I just wanna say I come back to this video every so often because I'm fascinated at how you synced up your drums to match the rhythmic pattern of JD's scatting at the last 2 choruses, seriously I wish it was like that on the album and it totally matches with David's style. At first I was like "wait is he gonna go all the way with this" and by the last measures of the last chorus I was like "ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy"

Nice work dude. I used to be a big fan of Korn back in HS (late 90s) but grew out of them. Didn't realize DS played such an interesting part for this song.
