I love your videos. I don't know why. You sound natural, genuine and relaxed, unlike a lot of pet channels. Your videos are well made and drama free(except those between the birbs and hamster hehe but never exaggerated).

from my own experience lovebirds seem to eat things faster if they see us eat it, or when we offer it directly instead of just putting it down. They are more likely to eat what they know if its their own choice. this is how i let them try new vegetables and it never fails. I used to have a budgie who did that as well, so it might be a bird thing lol

Bread does not contain the necessary protein and fat birds need from their diet, and so it can act as an empty filler. On certain sites you can find bread especially prepared for birds, containing special ingredients they need.
You should try grains and cereals like All Bran cereal, Corn Flakes, Rice Bubbles, Rice, Barley... maybe oats... Actually I wouldn't buy any Kellog's products as they give money to Israel...
I still can’t get over the fact that you keep your lovebird and your budgie in the same cage. They may seem friendly at times, but, due to their innate aggressive temperament lovebirds pose a danger to other birds, so don’t be surprised if one day you find the budgie with its foot off.
Generally a bird’s diet should consist of pellets and chop (made out of fresh vegetables). If one only feeds them seeds they can die of fat liver disease.
One question. I got two lovebrids. Two week have passed they are not getting friendly. I do set them free in the room for 3 to 4 hours. But as soon as i come close or show my hand gently they just starting flying here and there and up and down the cage. :-( please can you advise.
Separate cages don’t use plastic perches snuggly bed hanging things make sure you use metal food and water bowls to reduce bacteria watching UA-cam videos on how to tame them and take care of them
That is an impulse buy. Do your research, ask avian vets, bird owners, and rescues for advice. If a bird is not for you, give it up to a rescue. Some channels I recommend are BirdTricks, Marlene Mc Cohen, Flock Talk, Parrot Playhouse, and ElleAndTheBirds. Get them a flight cage, maybe two.
I have qusetion that has been keeping me from getting a bird. How do you manage there potty schedule. If a keep them out of the cage they will poo on my carpet and everything . How do you manage that. Please answer.

Try to make him more comfortable or have gloves trying to hold him I know the process is long but it's worth it oh and after you can finally gain his trust hand try to pet him but if he doesn't like it don't force

My lovebird rode around on my sons shoulder all the time. At meal time he came down his arm to take bites of salad. Lettuce was his favorite.
My lovebirds loves broccoli, cauliflower and chia seeds, and oats. He likes apples, peaches and pear but they are too sweat for them.
