Why the hate for the Electronic Drum Kits? They’ve come a long way in quality, sound, and experience. This E-Kit totally captured and duplicated the AVH ‘Brown Sound’ on that Snare! I ask you, “If an E-Drum Kit isn’t ’Real Drums’, then by that logic, an Electric Guitar…is not a ‘Real Guitar’? Right?!😮 I have an Alesis Strike Pro with Triple Modules, 20 Electronic Drum Shells, 19 Active Cymbals, with even an Electronic Cowbell 😂! Sometimes I play ALL Active (Full Electronic Shells and Cymbals), sometimes Hybrid 1 (Active Shells with Acoustic Cymbals), or Hybrid 2 (Acoustic Shells with Active Cymbals), and finally yanking ALL Active Instruments off of my Rack and replacing them with one of my many Acoustic Kits. All the different Set-Ups are enjoyable, and a blast to play. With the realistic sizes and materials, it’s hard to remember if I’m on the E-Kit or one of the many Acoustic Kits Just never understood the E-Kit hate.
@@TomDrums I totally understand, When something is in straight time no one ever counts. But when it’s in odd time you have to go by “feel”, unless you’ve learned how to count which can make playing odd time easier so you know where 1 is

AVH is a favorite. His unique sound and timing, I think it’s because of playing with a guitarist instead of the bassist his early years.
