@@BobMarley-zu5sc Is this an INTEL thing, if it uses 20wattage more than another CPU for the same performance then it is not worth it. You are paying more for the same performance meaning it is a worse product. It is simpel logic. you do you, pay more for your performance and be happy. My reasoning still stands.

Are you really test them? 7500F faster more than 14400F about 9%-15% fps in my test with same graphic card.
14400F have locked frequency to max, he didn't even use PBO on the 7500F so here is the difference with yours certainly !
Did you unlock the power limit of both and use the same ram?
7500f should outclass the 14400f by a little if pbo is enabled and you use 6000c30-38-38 on both and unlock the power limits. Although you can gain that lead back with Intel by using 7000+ ddr5. The Intel CPUs still have better IPC and memory controllers but the Ryzens have higher clocks and more l3 cache.

Ryzen 5 7500f is a lot better with that price point. Not everyone gonna afford 4090 and in most cases it will be the GPU that is bottlenecking the system thus both of them is gonna perform very similar.
