I just let everything out because I could feel the overwhelming emotion and pain coming through the song. I thought of my 3 immediately and how hard this life is for all of us and I felt the weight of the responsibility of my role as a husband and a father fully for the 1st time.

I was at the show in Houston not long after Hurrican Harvey hit. Even though the lyrics don't mean anything related to actual hurricanes, I remember seeing tears in the crowd followed by absolute joy. That's what Thrice gives you. All the emotions.

Seen them back in Ottawa/Canada-2006 Taste of Chaos. Jumped out of line that was to meet As I lay dying, for their set.. No regrets.. Thrice was just simply amazing and energetic! The sound was great as well!
