Aloe vera keeps my mild eczema away but it does come back if I stop for like a week or so but man does it feel great for it to be gone for a week. leave it on overnight and wash in the morning. Keeps my face moisturized all day too so it's a plus.

Don’t hide. Let people see, they might look at you a bit but they’ll forget you exist by the end of the day. These things happen. If someone asks about it tell them you don’t feel like talking about it, air them or educate them. You could be the person to open their eyes to the condition. Tell people it’s not contagious and they don’t have to be alarmed. More people have eczema or know someone with it than you think. With time you’ll heal. Keep your head up.

Been waiting for this video. Coming from someone who has eczema I'm so happy that yours is clearing up. My problem areas are my legs and feet but they be popping up like sis you don't pay rent.
tay melanin uhh 🙄 that’s my daughters problem! She has dark spots all over her thighs and legs, I know she’s embarrassed bc all she wants to wear is pants. So I’ve been trying everything for her skin to improve and nothing 😔 I gave up on the doctors bc the ointments seems like they no longer work, and she’s been prescribed the same type of ointment since she was one and she’s twelve.

Hydrocortisone from family dollar was literally my life saver. It’s the only thing I use it if I feel a flare up coming up and it cleared up my severe eczema.
Eczema squadddd! My eczema flares around my eyes and at the joints of my limbs. It's no joke and the people saying it is dramatic need to try a day with it and they'll understand. It's a pain when you have to resist itching and if you do then hell awaits you. It's so frustratingggg. My doctor prescribed me with E45 cream and fucibet. The fucibet actually cleared my skin but some food allergy caused it to flare up again. This vid really helped and I hope everyone else with eczema finds a way to clear their skin💜

The eczema around your mouth is called Perioral Dermatitis. I have it as well. There are ingredients in a lot of skin care and toothpaste that make it flare up. Look into it. It changed my life ❤️

@@aarehiyeahalon7237 I did not go to the doctor i used natural solutions. Stop using fluoride toothpaste, makeup, sulfates, face wash etc, and it should clear up on its own. first u need to find out what ingredients cause the flare ups.
I had that for season, i was so embarrassed and self-conscious. I stopped using my old soaps and Pantene too. I use Dr.Bronners soaps since their multipurpose and natural. About $2 for a small portable bottle at Target. I decided against the medication the docs gave me. As they were like in about 2 months the medicine should clear it up. Like 2 months? Wats the point in waiting tht long, thats not effective. I stopped after 2 weeks and changed my products, it cleared up when i got more sun. Its been 2 years and hasn't come back. Y'all with eczema beware of steroids, im going through topical steroid withdrawal rn. I used to swear by triamcinolone cream,but i have stopped and my skins better for it. Much love y'all, cuz i know our life ain't easy😘💜🖤💜🖤
Good for you! This is very helpful. So thank you. I too have a recurrence of my eczema presently but I find that turmeric, aloe vera from the actual plant, shea butter and Vitamin E oil also work. Cleaning up my diet with Whole 30 made a difference too. Sugar is of course the enemy.

Hi Lenah Rayane, I just read your post about the prescription. I am suffering NOW with this mess and would love to know what prescription you used so I can get my doctor to prescribe me something. My t-zone area of my face is BAD...around my nose, under my bottom lip and under my chin, now its slowly creeping to my eyelids and eyelashes. I put Aquaphor on every morning and by the time I leave for work I look like I never put on anything.

Tumeric is a natural lighter. I've seen videos of ppl lightening hyperpigmentation usin tumeric over time. 🤷🏽♀️💞

@@ShaVaughn it shouldn't because its the naturalist way to help with hyperpigmentation. But you can ask your doctor if that would be ok to use depending on the level of sensitivity your skin has. Im not a doctor im just a girl with hyperpigmentation. 💕☺

I have mine around my mouth too! It makes me feel really insecure about myself because every time I look in the mirror it’s right there and I can’t hide it at all. I’ve literally been so desperate I’ve tried basically everything apart from tumeric .But your video gave me hope thanks to the recipe that you said worked for you. Please try using Kojic acid or alpha arbutin for the scars. It definitely works.

It’s amazing how your skin looks. On the side note if your clothing get stained with turmeric just keep putting undiluted lemon juice directly on the stain as long as needed until the stain is gone.

I didn’t even know the meaning of “Eczema”. Then I saw your video and it looked like mine I mean around the mouth, rushed to Walmart and bought Gold bond for Eczema because it removes also the toughness and it’s healing fast.
Baking soda is the best! Whenever I have flare ups I soak in baking soda. When I first found out I had eczema the doctor wouldn’t prescribe anything because I was too small and that’s why he suggested. I have flare ups around my mouth now like that so when I do I mix my cream with Vaseline and use cocoa butter! I’m going to try this for the scars in my legs though! Thank you

@@itsmoree1137 It works for awhile but your skin gets addicted to it (for real) and when you stop using it you get TSW - topical steroid withdrawal- and that's when things get ugly. Don't use topical steroids.

I have eczema that turns into blisters on my lip and eyelid. I use the hydrocortisone cream when it becomes inflamed. But tea tree oil and peppermint oil in a carrier oil is my lifesaver! It heals so fast and is a pain reliever. Also gut health is crucial.
This happens to me when I have a terrible flare up!! I’m not alone. Wow. Usually when I eat tomatoes or use a lipgloss that has something in it that triggers it. I have to take a steroid pack and use a cream. Hydrocortisone haaaates my skin. I’m going to look into tea tree and peppermint oil!

Try supplements for leaky gut, such as collagen peptides and prebiotics, like apple pectin. Also, dead sea salt has shown benefits for eczema and psoriasis; e.g. minera dead sea salt.

This the truth I struggle with eczema around my mouth as well and turmeric and Shea butter completely changed my skin ....after a random flare up I used turmeric paste for 2 week straight and the dark patch was gone! The Shea butter just helped smooth and help my skin glow even more!

OMGGGG....I have just watched your entire video. What an eye opener!!!!!!! My Excema is bad in my face as well around my nose, under my bottom lip and under my chin. I use Aquaphor and its doing absolutely nothing. I can oil my face in the morning before I leave home for work and by the time I get to work all I see is "crust", so I put a little more oil on. Doctor called it contact dermatitis and prescribed me cortisone cream which ended up making it worse like you lol. I LOVE wearing makeup and getting dolled up so the last 3 months have been such a struggle for me, like ya girl doesn't even want to leave the house because it looks so bad lol. @@kristinas5714 it did! However, my family unfortunately had a high stress event and the rash actually came back. Not as bad, but the discoloration is there. 😔 I guess mine is triggered by stress/hormones.

Thanks for verifying adding these foods to my diet. I haven't done a mask, but I now always eat coconut, turmeric and cilantro. I recently stopped using lotion and now use water and raw shea butter on my skin. My healing was slow but 60 days later I have clear skin. I also use quite a few essential oils that I am experimenting with. My dry scalp is healing and my hair is now growing back.

You may have mentioned this but definitely be sure to use an SPF to prevent further discoloration and damage. I have eczema as well but as I’ve gotten older I only have flare ups on my extremities (hands and feet) I always try to remember to apply sunscreen to those areas especially in the summer time.
I recently got it on my hands as an adult and the heat on my hands makes it worse. Unfortunately, sunscreen has a ton of chemicals and often it is worse for me. I have a few of them that are okay, but most make it worse.
Wow you don’t know how much this helped me. I’ve been struggling with this for forever. I cleared up the eczema but it’s this dark spot I can’t get rid of. I will definitely try this 🙌🏼

Irene Hamilton I was prescribed a cream I also exfoliated and used a facial toner called sea breeze but that’s what worked for me you may be a little different so remember to be cautious

Literally had been using the CeraVe healing ointment on my face, but here recently everything makes my face burn even the Cetaphil face wash. I’ve never had eczema on my face until this past year. Tried the shea butter and my face is finally not burning will be trying to turmeric this week, thank you so much !!!!

I’m battling my eczema flare ups as well on a daily basis and it sucks...it’s hard to feel good when you look in the mirror or when you have to be around people but i’m glad you shared this and i’m gonna definitely these stuff.
