All the USB A to Type C cables you get with the Ryobi USB battery tools are charge only (ask me how I know) - they keep multiplying on my workbench if you weren't a few states away I'd bring them by... They look to be about the right length too and are pretty thin....

USB-A to USB-C cables are limited to 5V/3A 15W. An iPhone will not pull more than 2.4A or 12W from such a cable. Qi2 chargers require at least 9V 2.22A to charge an iPhone at 15W.
