I discuss NeoColor 1 vs NeoColor 2, pricing and characteristics and how to apply them. I do tests on opacity, blending, how they work with colored pencils, and how they work if the paper is sealed. I also look at how it affects the paper, both with and without, a primer. I show how to use these with other media to protect the paper without using a primer/sealant. I know 50 colors are available for the Caran D'Ache Neocolor Is since there is a separate pack of 10 metallic colors that you didn't include in your swatch chart for the Caran D'Ache Neocolor Is.

I have a question re:prismacolor premiers fracturing. I notice that after putting down multiple light layers and then burnishing with final heavy layer, when I come back the next morning it has soaked down into the paper and they look fractured.
