I've played all of the famous Ninja Gaiden games but never fully understood the timeline until watching this video. Thx fellas, great explantation....👏😁👍

If I had to guess how the Vigoorian Empire of Tairon wasn't nuked, their military was probably stronger than any other countries, and had threatened said other countries with unknown powers unless the empire was left alone in isolation.

Hey! Thanks to the dedication of Team Ninja being "men of culture," we have boob physics in gaming. Seriously, the DOA series revolutionized it, and the math they used is emulated to this day in most video games 😎.
The hawk is what revived Ryu after he was killed by Doku.
Is that confirmed anywhere? We know that that was implied, and saw that idea thrown around, but we couldn't find concrete evidence anywhere. If you have a solid lead on that we'd love it.
I wouldn’t call it concrete but in the wikia for ninja gaiden it says the falcon brought him back to life
Through meditation Ryu was able to revive himself. That's what I believe at least. Its said that he has an unnaturally powerful spirit and is able to heal due to that.

This lore video is a bit weird, mentions Sonia but no mention of Rachel? How is one sidekick more revelant than the other in this context? And during a developer interview it was confirmed that Ryu died fighting Doku, so you guys didn't do your homework and then proceed to assume the incorrect take.
The ds game, dragon sword, is canon as it has to with the dragon sword.

Quick google search says that that the Hayabusa that appears in Nioh is an ancestor of Ryu's, not sure though.
After some research, find out Ren Hayabusa is a descendent of Jin Hayabusa, who is the ancestor of Ryû.
Can you go into detail on who is ishtaros and her sister they never made another appearance in the games sequels they look like they play a big role.

He branched off to do his own thing in fact I think his clan might be the spider clan. Honestly this story is confusing and at times may not make sense

Sonia is NOT Irene, no matter how much you want this haha... she was supposed to be, but her character got chainged to not conflict with the NES lore...
and sry to destroy ur beautifully crafted timeline, but thats all bullshit haha... the 3d game were supposed to be prequels, yes, but ended up being remakes/reimaginings for the most part... a few more errors in there, but overalll pretty ok vid!
in ninja gaiden 2 (3d), the woman is called sonia and in 3 she is called irene by ayane in her last mission
@@gebster2965 thats because the director changed and he is a dumbass and just changed characters as he wanted to, not to mention that ryu meets irene in the NES titles for the first time... so no, i will never accept that mans stupid lore changes. she was never meant to be irene and she is not irene until NG 3. thats like calling zelda princes peach in the new zelda and then claiming she has always been princess peach. no, everybody would accept the director is a phuggin idiot for doing that, and its the same here

7:41 sounds strange but it’s found that he actually wat revived by the Hyabusa spirit animal. The falcon. Which is why you see it in the cutscene
Interesting tidbit about that if you're a Ni-Oh fan. Tomonobu Itagaki referred to the falcon that resurrected Ryu as a "Guardian Spirit" and in fact Ni-Oh also resurrects its protagonist using guardian spirits including a falcon like ryu. Even the Yokai shifters get their power from demon or possibly fiend bloodlines that they're related to.
