Dhalsim is weird for guile, he'll always beat your zoning and its hard to lock him down consistently. Try mk vs drills and dashing in or drive rush jabs to scare him
Using OD flash kick on his teleport is unnecessary, as heavy flash kick has frame 1 anti air invuln. Heavy flash can also be super canceled where OD can't. you can save some drive gauge by using the heavy version to punish teleports and saving the drive gauge for knockdown reversals among other things. regardless, you seemed to have a decent plan against him, im sure youre not far from figuring it out
I'm getting one and done'd happens every single fight when I play Sim so I have trouble actually getting motivated to play it. I love the game, and I love Sim, but I absolutely can't stand having to do one and dones. It feels like a rejection every time. I barely play the game anymore because of that.
