Gotta love this. First I was going to say, just unhook the trailer but then it would slam back down, then I was going to say back up to a berm, there ain't always a berm. Ramps? Well, that little digger is heavy, using ramps might damage the hitch because when it's halfway down the ramps, the weight of the digger is to far from the trailer tires which support loads at a rate of 60lbs per inch of width, so the offset weight using ramps could screw things up for the trainer. I had to study a 400 page instruction manual about this stuff years ago because I obtained and still have a class A CDL with every indorsement because I drove a semi, a school bus, etc. Car tires aren't 10 ply though so I could be wrong.

Speaking from experience i can tell you one massive issue.
He has no support legs at the back of the trailer.
IF you do this on any hill theres a large probability you could jack the trailer and lift the back wheels of the van off the ground enough to set the all thing flying down the hill.
Believe me i did it

コンパクトなキャタピラは、重心の横荷重にとても弱いです。横転しやすいので事故の無いよう気を付けて下さい。
warning tip..: Do not try what you see in the video. ( but it look good for the camera ;-) )
The reason is the method is not safe, since there are some safety issues.
For example there is no support below the end of the trailer such as support trailer legs to help distribute the weight. So in the video there is way to much weight at the edge of the trailer and its not designed doing that it can be damaged due to being overloaded.
A guess the machine weight is like 900-1200kg so its allot of weight at the edge of the trailer.
But the worst mistake in the video is the fact that when you move heavy weight to the rear of the trailer, then the car trailer Hook connection lock have to "carry" all of the upward lift and if that fail the trailer nose will tip up and "the trailer will move into the trunk of the car and the excavator will fall down, and that is gona hurt and maybe even the operator will be injured.
Trailers have to be loaded so there always are like 50-100kg of weight on the trailer hook pushing the nose down, and NEVER the other way around for safety and stabiliy reasons og the cars rear end.
in worst case the trailer can fall off while driving or unloading like in the video especially if the trailer hook is a little bit worn out or the rear end of the car can loose traction since the end of the car become to light. Weight distribution and loading things correctly matter.
ps unloading this way also might break the pavement / tarmac / road while unloading.
basicly avoid unloading/loading this way and buy some real ramps tis safer and insurance will pay if something goes wrong, while doing it like in the video the isurance will not.
pps.. wear a seat belt especially when unloading/loading and also if the safety cage above/around the worker have been removed then install it again.
I did not write the above to be negative, but rather to help everyone understand not to copy what you see in the video. But nice video recording i wish i had such gear to play with ;-)
