  • In this video, I share my experience with Labocosmetica Detail Supplies. Born from the deep passion that has always linked the company to the world of car maintenance, the Labocosmetica line was created to meet the requirements of professional detailers, until nowadays it has become a point of reference for international scale for all enthusiasts.

Labocosmetica products are developed in the company’s Research and Development Laboratories and are all made in Italy. The close collaboration with professional Detailers has made it possible to create a range able to optimize treatment times while always guaranteeing an excellent finish in each of the 5 phases that guarantee the Detailing process: Washing, Decontamination, Polishing, Protection and Maintenance.

I’ve been a Labocosmetica Accredited Detailer for 4 years now and their products are some of the best on the market. They have excellent chemists in Italy, but are really quite poor when it comes to back up for their Detailer network. Which is a shame. Anyway, Fiero is one of the best finishing polishes currently available and it was good to see how impressed you were of that product too Brian. Leale is my go to for a simple one stage detail prior to a coating, but mainly for new or late used vehicles only. I don’t tend to use Audace much as I find it doesn’t cut as well as some other heavy cut compounds. My current favourite being Menzerna’s Cut Force Pro. Which is a really effective one-step, high cut/high gloss finish product, even on hard paints. Check it out if you haven’t already. 👍🏻

Labo is good stuff, expensive, and their productline might seem confusing (all look the same, so many names which says nothing about their usage), but the looks are so sexy ❤. Just like italian cars: looks good, rides good, but with a little bit of italian blablabla

Their packaging of the products looks like high end products you would find in an expensive salon. The polishes look to leave a nice finish but don’t throw away your 3D heavy cut compounds. Thank you for all you have done and I definitely appreciate your hard work to the industry.

It’s good to see Labo getting more recognition. After 2 years as a Gyeon detailer I’ve now added the Labocosmetica accreditation. What made me switch initially was that most of their products, while basically coasting the same as gyeon, NEED to be diluted for day to day use. This means as a professional I can use their stuff for so many ends. Gyeon still does not have products to properly de-clog a coating.

Thanks, Brian! I picked up the Primus, Purifica, and Semper on their black Friday sale. Fantastic products. Primus cleans amazingly well at 10:1 as a pre-soak, as does Purifica. Although they're kinda expensive, they are all highly dilutable, especially Semper. Even 1 oz in the bucket provides great foam and lubricity! Looking forward to hearing your experience with them. Cheers!

Don’t feel bad about your Pontiac Fiero because my first car in college was a flop brand: Fiat Brava 5spd. It had so many electrical gremlins and notoriously burned oil. Eventually the US banned that company from importing them by mid 1980’s. Fiat please 😩

I like their interior products, Hydra dressing is nice too! Here in FL I find the coatings are sometimes touchy, Cupido would be a product I use a lot but again touchy and can’t use it as a mobile detailer being outside. Compounds/polish aren’t bad, not the hardest hitting stuff but great on medium paints I’d say. I also find the scents strong and the soaps again don’t play well outside or any kind of heat. Tend to leave a residue and for me masked the hydrophobics of waxes/sealants…coated cars not problem. My 2 cents
