I’ve been with you for 1 year. Water aerobics for 7 years. Every day but Sunday. In 81 years old and have many surgeries. I live because I do water aerobics.

I love your gravity vs water workout, because I feel it is your most intensive ,also it is over 1 hour. Please create another workout , more challenging and at least 1 hour long. You are sooo creative and I know you can make it more intensive. You are the best !!!

This is also great with ankle weights and gloves! Now if it hadn’t started raining I would have loved to finish it but since I have my trainer today it’s not a total loss plus it may clear up later and allow me to pick up where I left off.

I tried the new part 5 intensive , but found the water vs gravity much more challenging. I am looking for a workout more challenging than water vs gravity and at least 1 hour long. I know you can do it !

Why so many acqua sprints?
Aqua sprints are the best form of lymphatic massage and help to burn the most calories per minute :) If you add together each 30 sec segment you will see this workout has only few minutes of sprints total :)
You can always choose to jog instead of sprint if you prefer too ;) 🥳
