  • This is a full one hour workout with pool noodles. I decided to pick my favorite moves of 2020 and create this full body routine for you :-)

    Finally, no rain in Florida. I did two classes. The deep water and the shallow water and used weights. I rather dumbbells than the noodle. Glad to finally be able to enjoy your classes...🥰🥰🥰🥰

    Back again. This is about the most fun our group have had. Hard core cardio and added leg resistance for challenge. I love it. Did it yesterday. My ab sides are sore now. Thank you fir these great workout and the others. Now have daily scheduled workout by Merzena

    Hello, I would like to know if you have a beginners series- to start . If you could let me know which ones to look for.
    You are the only aqua fitness instructor that Im interested to watch and I am very motivated .
    Also can you give links to the suits you wear ?
    I love the long two pieces .
    Honestly, I feel if your suit doesn’t fit well, boring, makes a difference for me and the outcome of the workout.

    Liked your workouts Marzena. At present I am suffering from Proximal hamstring tendenopathy in rt leg .
    For last 3 months.
    Doing only slow movements for recovery.
    Will definately start once I recover fully.
    I possible can you guide me wch movement for hamstrings tendenopathy?

    I was a little disappointed. This was almost identical to your last noodle video. Good exercises, but too repetiive.
