Very nice mate. Good work by you. Think I would put the painting out. Just so hard to get the right result in the shed. But it’s yours, you created it and you can be proud when you ride it. 👍🏻👍🏻🏍
Beautiful bike man. Bought a 1995 XL1200 that sat in a garage for over 18 years, and I'm looking forward to giving her some love this winter after I'm done riding her for the year.
Cracking bike there mate, have a Sportster hardtail in my shed for a couple of years now, you've inspired me to get my arse in gear and finish it. Good luck and keep er lit!
Thanks for that little bit at the end about straight pipes. That's one thing I've wondered about but never quite looked into - how guys can run straight pipes and not get pulled over constantly for breaking sound restriction laws. Or their eardrums :P
very cool build! a custom indeed and a hands-on not many will take so big shouts for that. Maybe one day when I finish my 1999 Honda ACE to RatChop I'll make the cut on this channel. (fingers crossed...lol)
Fantastic job done there, John, congratulations for such a gorgeous and beautiful BIKE!!! And you totally succeed in keeping it simple. I suppose the fact of being a Harley helped a lot … WoW what a Ride "\o/"
Now that's a build; respect, man! Unlike some clowns on here reading out their 10 page shopping list of perfectly fitting off the shelf parts that they just bolted on.
Very nice! John, if you love wiring bikes, feel free to come to Minneapolis, Minnesota and re wire my 1994 sportster. I too have done a rebuild although not as thorough as you have. Cheers!
..sorry!, i didnt hear your bike running before commenting!!!!!, Motor sounds really smooth, nice even idle speed, i like the short pipes, (dont listen to any idiots criticizing the welding!, they are absolutley fine!, they curve in and around just right, and as you clearly have sorted the jetting and timing, you have built a really cool ride everyday bike, most folks would envy😀
@@brainfreezecustom5476 this is a brilliant bike, the fact that you ride this every day around london, and are still alive😀, i love all the attention to detail, the headlight rocker switch, side starter button, t.i.g welded frame, avon speedmasters, the whole thing is the perfect mix of oldschool look late 60s/early 70s chopper, but built for keeping you rolling in the 21st century,
Hey!, well done to you!, trying to build anything in a u.k climate shed or garage is a test of endurance !, This looks like a really well thought out and built sporty!, good fabrication and practical mods that are going to keep you on the road 😀
How did you go from a four spark plug system to a two spark plug ignition or was yours already the two spark plug ignition. I have a 1998 sportster s with the four spark plug ignition system. The need result on your ride is awesome brother. Looks amazing.
Brain Freeze Custom thank you very much for the input. Yes I do have the sport model. Not much sport to it right now due to the fact it is in a bit of a mess on my shop floor. Lol. Still going to dive into it and get going. Looking at doing the Tc bros hardtail chop.
"had a bit of a moment and just ripped it all apart" I relate to this. i'm sure when he got it all apart he stood back and said "what the fuck did i do?"
Is this a London style of Chopper? I really like the lines on this, and other custom choppers on this channel. Definitely what I'd like my project to turn out looking like!
NICE. Where can I get some of those most hidden looking turn signals that you have. When I was younger I just ripped all of that junk off, but getting older makes me paranoid Also I live the way you utilized the chain guard with your home made custom. And las but not least, is that an Avon back tire? I love the tread design. Thumbs Up!!!
Curious why you were fixing it more than riding it. My 2003 Sportster has 52,000 miles on it and with the exception of one ignition module, it's been 100% reliable and trouble free. It's been ridden on roads with salt residue, traces of snow and in heavy rains. No chrome peeling off(what chrome?) and the electrics are great on these bike. These years of Sportsters are rock solid and dependable. I dunno about yours.
Sure, they are decent bikes and well made. Mine had 7 owners and it looked like they had all had a go at doing something to it. The result was a bit of a mess. Some sportsters have chromed engine casing, some are black paint some are raw ally. The chrome on HD is notoriously bad quality. Solid bike apart from that though!
Very nice mate. Good work by you. Think I would put the painting out. Just so hard to get the right result in the shed. But it’s yours, you created it and you can be proud when you ride it. 👍🏻👍🏻🏍
That is an absolute beaut of a bike. Exactly what I would have built.
Those pipes are fantastic.
Well done that man !👍
Cheers dude!

My favorite bike shed build. I'd love to see more hard tail bikes!!
Your bike is absolutely stunning. And an absolute inspiration!!!
Kudos to you from NYC! Nice job! I miss London.. Spent 9 years 95 - 04 working building out the wireless network there. Lots of fun..
Great build, John!! I'll bet the bike really rips!! Thanks for posting.

Great looking bike John👌. A set of mini-ape's perhaps to finish off a "Fonda esque" Chopper! 🤙
Love the Crazy Orange MC style pipes
Sick man love it. I have a 08 1200c

Not bad, not bad eh...! like the work you have done to the Sportster.. good job. Greeting from Mx, was in Edinburgh, Scotland previously..
Nice job bro... nothing like ol’school style. I’d ride this over a big wheeled bagger any day!
hands-down best episode.
Beautiful bike it's got that real old world look and feel to it.
Exelent work!! Clear lines and forms!!.. Beauty in simple!!.. Respect !!
Nice sled. Painting my 02' sporty hardtail now.

Mucho respect for the work you poured into your dream bro.
I love that pie cut exhaust.
Love it, that tank graphic is clean!
Killer job! This sporty is pure class!
Reminds me of the early 70’s runners when I was young 👍🏻
That's a great Sportster frame!
The lines are better than most aftermarket weld-on clips on the market today...W○W!
My favorite part was when you had it to start. Great bike, man!
To my brothers and sisters across the pond 🇺🇲🇬🇧 good job All Hail the Mighty Sportster 😎
Love the build! Safe travels 🤙🏼
Great job with a lot of details
Lovely bike mate 👌
One of my favorite shed bikes. Well done!

Que moto tan preciosa!!! Única felicidades gran trabajo!!! . Yo tengo 2 sportster 1200cc una será Chooper y la otra bobber
They should always show the last clip in every video the person who built the bike riding it...great built.
Never say never! After riding for over forty years I think I'm ready to build a rigid chopper. I can't believe I'm saying that out loud. Lol!
My brotha, that's a sweet ASS Little SLED....?look forward to seeing your next build....
Good looking bike. Love the pipes.

Love it especially the sound
Love it. Great build

Strong work, very nice Sir!
Cheers!
Beautiful build!
Absolutelly gorgeous!!!
Congratulations buddy
Best wishes 😀🤘
Bad ass!!! Hopefully spot you riding round London ;)
Reason why everyone likes Harley: after 20+ years, it’s still as bad ass as it was brand new.
smashing. good job.
Love the king queen seat
Nice bike .good job bro
Awesome looking bike. How's the vibrations on that rigid? I mean the engine vibes not from road bumps
all good, seat takes most of it!
@@brainfreezecustom5476 thank you for replying! An air ride seat may also be a good option
Fantastic Job!!!

That's exactly how I learned to turn the wrench. opps to late now, I am into it.
Nice ride.
So glad the barf paint and fat tire/billet fad is dead
Me too!!
Does this bike fall into that category?
Cause I'm a fan if that's the case
@@alex_rodriguez777
Think american chopper..
That's barf paint and fat tire
Super cool dude!
This is amazing! Well done!
nice indicators...where from?
they're just led strips, can get them from amazon or ebay or wherever.
The welds on the exhaust pipes are interesting.
Looking great!
Fine work indeed!
Nice mate. Who built the hardtail? Looks a really good job??
Is this a London style of Chopper? I really like the lines on this, and other custom choppers on this channel. Definitely what I'd like my project to turn out looking like!
What would you call this kind of build (stylewise)?! Loving every bit of this bike 😍
Nice. Very nice. You did an awesome job.

Thanks Michael. Yea it’s a 16” Avon SM rear tyre. Indicators are just led strips cut down to size and wired up to an little flasher.
Luv the Aircleaner . . What make / model please 😊
Love it ,
Hello from Georgia 🇬🇪
Looks pretty nice!
It's an old school Chopper but looks awesome.
I dont want to like it.... but i somehow love it
That's some pretty wiring!
You did good.Thanks for sharing.
Where did you hide the coil!? Awesome bike 🤘🤘
so what is the exact style of this motorcycle ? hard tail bobber chopper with high sissy bar ?
From the side that rear wheel looks darkside, thought he was a madman.
The caulking gun clamp. Fucking genius !!!!!
Cool bike. Even has a pillion!
Whats the song called at the start of every regulars rides clip?
nice chopper ! what it the size of front wheel? thanx
21 inch buddy
@@brainfreezecustom5476 ok
Lovely machine
love the bike but can someone explain why you would want hidden turn signals on a commuter?
You can still see them when they flash, just not a big plastic unit.
Nice ride
I am not usually one to like a cruiser, but damn-nice bike.
Why middles? Doesn't chopper means forward controls?
where did you get the pillion foot rests pleaseee?
How do you MOT it without silencers?
Put stock pipes on and swap after inspection?
Beautiful motorcycle
Roadmate of a gentleman
Clean 👏
I like that exhaust..
I think the led indicators could be cleaned up a bit but nice bike
What I ride ..ultra trick brother..looks hell alot better than mine laughs ..very nice..😎
