Do you know how I turn on my system audio recording? It's got a question mark next to it and it's gray's out. I follow the prompts when I click on the quesiton mark and it says..The system audio plugin is installed but not authorized. Please enable the plugin from Rogue Amoeba Software in System Preferences -> Security & Privacy. I go to my to that location and don't see how I can authorize the plugins they are not there on my version of Sonoma on my mac? Could you please tell me how to do this on the mac version of Sonoma?
@@_snagit Snagit 2022 and MacOS Sonoma 14.5. I want to be able to record so I can still screen record and not hear my voice or background but still hear the video that I am watching on screen if that makes sense because when I click the record microphone off then I can't hear the talking on the video.
What version of 2022 are you on? As of 2022.2.3 we now use the built in macOS system audio, so it should just work without any extra component installs.
Helpful (and hilarious) as always---thanks!

What version of Snagit and macOS are you running? You shouldn't need the Rogue Amoeba plugin anymore on the latest versions of macOS.

How to suppress background noise while recording video in snagit?
We don't currently have a way to do that, but it is something we are interested in.
