    Thanks Nimai I love follow along exercise! Is it possible to add an audible sign in between next time? I often miss the stop cue because it’s hard watch the screen and exercise 😄

    Day 3 in a row of doing these at the end of workout and they hurt BUT it gets easier. LETS GOOOOOOOOO!!!! 💪 🌱

    Haven’t done core training in a while so I was feeling done after just two rounds 😂. Great workout though and I’ll definitely be doing it again!

    The knee to elbow plank is my fav for abs. ... I normally do 50x reps, then 10x each side... the repeat 3x.

      Yes these exercises are just useless. Progressive overload and reducing body fat % is the REAL way you get abs

      @@wrlo4 not pretending to be an expert but progressive overload is mainly for hypertrophy and for abs the goal is not to get a real big belly but mostly tight and toned 😄
