I love that you open this with a reminder not to compare to others. I also really appreciate that you explain good form, bad form, but also these helpful notes like keeping your elbow fixed in space during cable curl - those types of details are missing from a lot of workout videos.

You probably have it planned to create the same kind of video for every muscle group. Then perhaps what your weekly plan would look like and/or a plan for beginners/intermediate/advanced who wish to pack on muscle. Then videos for chiseling into that muscle mass for definition perhaps.

Thanks, dude! Question - what if I'm struggling with wrist pain?
If it’s a wrist strength issue I’d add in wrist curls and lever bar work for a time.
I agree with Hench. Also, doing daily wrist mobility stretching helps.
Thanks for the video. Qucik question thou. Why are all the exercises to emphazise the inner bicep, isn’t the outer bicep the one that forms the peak? You have an awesome bicep peak. Does that then means is purely genetic and that lifter should concentrate on the inner bicep, because you can load heavier weights on the barbell curl, thus creating more muscle mass in the bicep as a whole?
Can you train biceps & triceps together?
