Hey can I get a detailed version of this tutorial please? Like how you came up with the parts before you joined them? I'm so new to sewing so this doesn't make it for me please 😭
You can't, I drafted everything. If you want to make your own pattern you can check the basic videos that I made. You can find the playlist on my channel.

You can buy sewing pattern templates at most fabric/sewing stores and you can even buy PDF versions online which you print out yourself to give you a template of each of the panels/fabric sections. I didn’t know these existed when I first got into sewing and I thought even just made it up as they went along but most people use these patterns. They come with all the measurements for all the cutting out based on your clothing size and tell you all the instructions to help you complete it. You may need to alter some aspects of your project because not everybody’s body is the same so pre-set templates don’t always fit EXACTLY. Hope this helped xx

I just finished making 3 of these dress and added lace and trim 😇💕💖 i made a top with this pattern too. I opened the pattern up a bit to fit me better( plus size usa) this dress is beautiful 😍 !!

@@sammythesamfish8211 you have to redraw the pattern, to fit your measurements. make a practice piece and correct all mistakes from there

Actually 2 machines edging machine and electric sewing machine or the high speed if u want
i use singer quantum stylist 9960 sewing machine and brother 1034 D serger i’d highly recommend both they are great!

I have a great sewing hack my grandma told me a few weeks ago - once you are done sewing that part then go backwards onto the stich and then you don’t have to tie it or anything
