- This video contains a set of 9 perfect workouts that exercises the body as a whole and no body part is left out. Its a routine to loose stubborn fat in the body and as well build muscle in the process. In order to achieve the most out of it do 3 sets, in each set the 9 workouts 10 to 12 reps. The workouts are done in the order;
