Love this series! I’m 19 and Shape board out of SD(49 boards so far). I feel I can improve of the small things that make a difference. Every other shaping video sucks. Thank you🙌
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and the great videos! They help a lot here in France :) Could you already tell us why it is so important to shape the rails before the bottom? Thanks again 🙌
Yoo, can you make a video on just the planner? How to use it correctly? How it should sit on the board? Angles of it? Basically a How-To on mastering planning.
Hey mate… after marking the depth of your rail on those reference points, for the opposite side, did you connect the points with a pencil line for Grayson to follow??
Any tips or tricks to establish / have some more guidelines for creating the rails. So you don't sand it too far. Want to make my first board so looking for all the help i can get. Love the series man, really appreciate it.
This planer was modified by US blanks. That have discontinued production but if you check out the first video in the How To Shape series there are links to two modified planers in the description.
@@zack_flores absolutely. I just finished my first board and ride it yesterday and today. I was waiting for your videos but I had to do it. Either way, next one will be better due to your helpful tips that now, after shaping a board, make more sense.
Awesome haircut!!!💇🏻
And God bless you! (Sneeeeze)😂
Thank you!!

Nice rail bands Dude
Thanks!
Zack, re. Rail bands, there’s a much more efficient way of doing so, with a 90* marker.
Hi Zack. I have a question about rail band. When you do the first band, do you reach the apex line? Thanks for your help
Hey Zack where did you get that modified hitachi planer at? Thanks

What can you do if you have a planer that you can’t feather with?
I’ve never used a planer like that but most people in Australia use that style. Check some Aus shaping stuff!
Did Zack cut his hair?!
he shaped his coif.
yup chopped it off!
He planed it off 😜
Oh bro that looks so hard to control the planer 😅
It takes years and years to get it dialed.
