Super Mario Bros. 2 is the infamous sequel to Super Mario Bros. that was released only in Japan for the Famicom Disk System. Considered too difficult and too similar to the original game, it was skipped over for localization in favor of making Doki Doki Panic into the actual Super Mario Bros. 2 for the NES. This game would later be remade in Super Mario All-Stars as Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels.
electricpants ( tasvideos.org/... ) improves their previous TAS ( tasvideos.org/... ) by 0.88 seconds, thanks to better optimisation.

I remember a much older TAS of these four levels, which uses the Game Over theme by mistake instead of the Princess saved music.

nah i think the total was actually over 2000, i just used multiple .fm3 files during the creation of this tas and forgot to add together all the reloads lmao
