- Nearly every home in San Diego should now have their green organic waste recycling bin. ABC 10News Anchor Jared Aarons shows some easy ways for people to get started.
So, we can use paper bags? I had been placing things inside of compostable brown paper leaf bags to reduce the smell, and I actually got a warning from the city about how I'm NOT supposed to use those. Can I or can't I? I'm getting mixed messages on that. The instructional booklet sent out before the bin was delivered said it was ok. The actual waste pickup people tagged my bin saying it's not ok. The person in this video is saying it is ok. Help, please.
as long as it's paper, it should be okay. maybe they didn't see the certified compostable symbol or something. but yeah, in my city at least paper bags is okay
