I drive a subscribers VF-1 Crosskart! And it is AMAZING!

I had the amazing opportunity to drive a subscribers (and now good friends) VF-1 Crosskart. We met at Mini Mayhem 2021 and these were the only guys that even knew who I was. We became quick friends with the help of Dave being such an awesome and inviting guy. They are JumperCableDadz and they actually came out to KJ Raycing headquarters earlier this year ( • Home Built Crosskarts ... ) for some fun and hands on VF-1 building as they were about half way through their own builds.
Scott's kart is absolutely amazing; unfortunately he had to leave early so we didn't get to shoot a walk around and details of his kart. I'll leave it to them to show off their own builds anyway, here is their channel, definitely subscribe if you get the chance, / @jumpercabledadz
This was huge for all of us and I know 100% there will be more crosskart builds at Busco next year and maybe some more invitationals elsewhere...

Truly an epic weekend, the best to date and they're only getting better. Thanks huge for the mention, and thanks to Scott for the seat time in his awesome machine as well - hard to believe it's his first VF-1 build, it's so well sorted. Definitely looking forward to our next meetup!

I'm currently building a long wheelbase " Fouquet" style CrossKart.. Honda VFR 800i. It's been a steep learning curve.........

Do you think you could do a short vid on why you think his handled better than yours, steering geometry, suspension geometry, and so forth.

i have the plans and all the materials to build one :D i would love to see a custom rear knuckle set up or a big group buy on some different uprights :D
I have all the parts for custom rear knuckles, just need the time to assemble and test! As far as fronts go nothing beats the atv stuff for easy and inexpensive! Check ebay for Polaris predator front end parts and you’ll see what I mean. Can’t wait to see your build and I love the F1000 build!
I know in their video they mentioned doing their front suspension differently, wonder if that is the way forward with a similar setup.
We need to have Euro style RX events in the states!!
