Absolutely insane I love Kart cross. I wish my dad a consistent points champion in Late model dirt track racing was still alive he would have loved it .
They are pretty much just European wingless sprint cars. I’m pretty sure that if more Americans knew they existed we would love them.

We got to campaign one of these in SCORE class 10. Bigger tires, taller gears and more travel/bypasses should do it.
If you're to go about building one of these, where would you practice? Would these be aloud on your local track with cars? Or is this going to be something more along the lines of there needs to be a local club?

Kart cross isn’t popular in America. The races are often in Europe - mostly in Italy
Quite popular in Sweden and Finland for example.
this video is from Spain. This kind of racing is very popular mostly in the north on the country

It’s a motorcycle V4. They rev so damn high it just sounds like a bigger engine.
What engines would they have in them?
Typically 600cc motorcycle engines, think of the honda cbr600rr or the yamaha r6, it's absolute insanity having 130hp+ engines on 310kg karts!

Most probably 600cc or 1000cc inline 4's from bikes. But I'm tilting more towards 600 cc bcz the 600's revv upto 16k on bikes, while the 1000's don't
Newer chassis from companies like Speedcar, semog and life most likely will come with a 750cc gsxr motor

Probably the same maybe a little slower
They have lower top speeds so id imagine not. They also have a smaller wheel base so they don’t really corner as well.

and now i know this kind of go kart exists... and i already want to see if local laws accept that crazy shit at at least smaller street legal (no way in hell can you convince me to drive on a highway with a go kart... i have a small brain, but even my peanut knows not to do that) for kicks. It's right about this point in most of my ideas that I see the price tag and move on.
