      Hello Rachel, do you have a personal relationship with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ? The Son of God. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. - Romans 10:9. And please ask the Lord Jesus to bless you with wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and discernment. And please ask the Lord Jesus to forgive you for all of your sins and transgressions.

    I am a personal trainer and health teacher, however I often run out of ideas of healthy, tasty meals. These are great, can’t wait to try! Also, thank you so much for the recipe cards at the end. I was able to screenshot them making it so easy. Your videos are so valuable and well done! Thank you!

    SOOOO grateful you shared a recipe for protein balls that didn’t require a food processor! I really want to make more of these balls but it’s hard to find recipes that can be accurately recreated without one! Thank you!!

    I made the almond protein balls. I altered the recepie with what I had at home. Instead of almond butter I used peanut butter and i didnt add in protein powder because i dont use it. It was still a great substitue for a sweet treat. One was perfectly enough for an on-the-go snack and totally easy to make.
    i also made the tuna cakes. Ugh they are sooooo goooood! I added dill and it made it ten times better! They are filling and easy to make. My mum hates fish and she even liked them.

    Hi Rachel..have you stopped doing keto?the reason I am asking this is because I have been following you since last year.It was this year that I got my first gym membership and I was doing low carb but I feel extremely deprived while training to be fit.. I just kept my carb macros below 80 g but I feel like I need to start eating clean without putting those limits on macros.. what's your take on that?

    I don't understand the importance of the specific cinnamon. Why exactly would I need that one you used? What's the difference? (Yes I am going to Google, just thought maybe someone has some words or advice)

    • @teeamabry
      @teeamabry 5 років тому

      In Liebe, Anneliese one is not really cinnamon and is missing nutritional benefits of Ceylon. Its an imitation cinnamon from tree bark. Most cinnamon is either imitation or cut with the imitation unless it states Ceylon on the container.

      Use an app e.g. myfitnesspal, lifesum, chronometer and enter the weights of each ingredient you use. Divide the total number by the number of portions you make to get the final calorie and macro profile. The apps will have 'recipe builders' to do this for you.

      Hahah it’s not anymore time at night than in the morning plus when you want to heat them up it takes 1/3rd the amount of time because the water is already absorbed and soften the oats silly one.. what you are speaking is bs. 😬

    • @mortuseon
      @mortuseon 5 років тому +4

      Not really...
      Cold oats are quite nice
      Cold oats means you can add protein powder without it cooking and becoming lumpy, which makes the macros wayyyy better if you work out. This is more challenging with hot oats
      Cold oats mean less cooking = less washing up = better for time saving. You can just do it all in one container.
      Cold oats are better for people who don't have time in the morning to cook, but might have 5 minutes before bed (me). It really doesn't take that long to make them, I add loads of stuff to mine (PB2 powder, sometimes Greek yoghurt) and it takes
