- This is what one night of production looks like on our internal fleet of HS3s.
All the prints ran overnight and took about 12 hours.
5 of them were CF-PETG and 1 of them CF-Nylon.
These parts are all for the production of HS3 printers at our factory in Canada.

At 0:41 what causes the wavy surface? Amazing quality otherwise!
Most likely the screw drive is the reason. Even if you grind them in manufacturing to get tight tolerances they are never perfectly straight. Then you get something that's called bending.
