Those HS3 are so freaking cool! I'm still searching for a business case to justify the purchase for me 🤣
Whenever you’re ready, we’ll send you one!
The filament changing routine is almost the same as a diy amateur printer, i would expect a printer of this caliber to have a dedicated purge bucket and a sophisticated unload routine
I'd skip the purge bucket, but at least a single button purge and load routine based on pre loaded materials parameters, this process is clunky.
Love you guys content. You all are using klipper no?
Indeed we are!
What chamber insulation do you use ? Does it also doubles as sound insulation ?
Such a nice machine. ^,.'.,^
The hotend heating block is unique. There are two heaters. what's the reason?
More POWER. faster response time to maintain temperature.
@@PantheonDesign that's a Slice Engineering Mosquito isn't it?
@@foureight84 It's close, we license the hole pattern from them!
@@PantheonDesign it's quite an impressive machine!
@@PantheonDesign More power? Could the flow increase? If two heaters can increase the flow rather than one heaterIt's an amazing idea if it's true.
260 is too high for PETG.
Not for our blend.
@@PantheonDesign By your blend, you mean carbon fiber PETG. FWIW, 3DXTECH's CarbonX PETG+CF can print as low as 230.
Not for fast printing
If you've ever printed over 300mm/s then 260 is not enough. I print PETG at 290°C at 600mm/s 40k Accel.
