Bro, it's no big deal. Being able to sufficiently decide what altitude to aim with your ODM gear in order to intercept a moving Titan is something they regularly train to do.
Additionally, you're talking about Mikasa, an Ackermann. Their family's Eldian gene is a mutated variant. They are different from the average Eldian in many senses, including, at some point of time, awakening the Titan within them at an early age, albeit without the massive physical strength - but in compensation gaining a massive analytical and efficiency boost in terms of mental faculties.
Basically, Mikasa is not only a trained soldier - she is also Captain America.

You do know that after this scene we get the major reveal that the walls are made of Titans? Or hell, in this scene we see Eren literally seeing the future of him destroying the whole world, or that the identities of the colossal and armoured titans were planned from the start (the author based the armoured titan and colossal titans designs off the Reiner and Bertholdt, he literally drew their human forms first and based the titan designs off of that)?
