I miss this fighting style animation, it hits different, the dynamic, the POV’s, the sound effects. 💯 Still kudos to MAPPA for doing their best, the pacing of the story is really nice
I actually prefer Mappa when they do their hand drawn stuff but (since Production IGs production committee fucked Mappa over and rejected their request to delay AoT s4 was denied even tho they had barely any time especially with like 5 other amazingly animated shows) WiT is still the Goat for sure.
Some of mappas other works are pretty choppy compared to something like this but that's only because they try and work on too many things simultaneously.
Wit studio is more flashy and easy to notice due to broad strokes , Mappa is all about shading , sometimes ,makes it difficult to see . Also the Wit characters were more visually appealing and cuter . Mappa is more similar to manga .

The Attack Titan is aggressive but the Female Titan has sharp reflexes and fast movements. This explains why Annie can easily control her movements using her fighting skills in her Titan form while Eren is struggling to control his Titan form which puts him into a disadvantage.
You can see Eren says ''What could have been worth killing all those people" and if we look at the manga Eren is currently killing almost everybody. Eren's not saying 'Annie your bad' but rather his asking her 'What kind of objective do you have to kill all those people", as we know eren could also kill as many people with an objective he has.

Almost every Eren fight is won by intervention, Annie was literally close to climbing over the wall yet Mikasa came out of nowhere and sliced her fingers causing Annie to free fall then almost got massacred by Eren luckily she manged to Lara Tyber herself for 4 years until Eren thawed her out for a suicide mission.
Porco almost devoured Eren in Season 4, but Captain Levi intervened and saved him. Reiner had the upper hand in their last fight in Shiganshina but couldn't do so because Eren was using the Warhammer Titan even if he's losing a lot of energy from it. Porco's attempts were so easy to predict that's why Eren manages to swat him out. If it wasn't for Zeke, either Reiner or Porco would eat him out of his titan form.
Yeah Eren's been rescued each time by his squad and the unhinged-obsessive Mikasa, every near death Eren had to be bailed out from is just because he's the main character or due to the assistance of other corp troops. Eren can barely win a 1 vs 1 fight.

Almost every Eren fight is won by intervention, Annie was literally close to climbing over the wall yet Mikasa came out of nowhere and sliced her fingers causing Annie to free fall then almost got massacred by Eren luckily she manged to Lara Tyber herself for 4 years until Eren thawed her out for a suicide mission.
Porco almost devoured Eren in Season 4, but Captain Levi intervened and saved him. Reiner had the upper hand in their last fight in Shiganshina but couldn't do so because Eren was using the Warhammer Titan even if he's losing a lot of energy from it. Porco's attempts were so easy to predict that's why Eren manages to swat him out. If it wasn't for Zeke, either Reiner or Porco would eat him out of his titan form.
Yeah Eren's been rescued each time by his squad and the unhinged-obsessive Mikasa, every near death Eren had to be bailed out from is just because he's the main character or due to the assistance of other corp troops.
Eren can barely win a 1 vs 1 fight.

They even said in the first episodes of S4 that they are planning to attack them, Eren knew it and had to move the battlefield on there ground, and now the manga what is that easy "In order to save his people, we have to eliminate our enemy" Who are those ? All the Titans and everyone outside the island because everyone knew what is happening there and still no-one did anything. So is that easy kill or be killed. Team Eren all the way!

@@derpynerdy6294 Season 1 it s season 1.Every production, not only animes, evolve with time.With season 3 wit lost 3.5 millions dollars or whatever as far as i know.With the darkness of the story in season 4 i really like how mappa s animation fit.The 2nd part already looks better than the first part, and except a few scenes they really made a great job combining cgi + hand drawing.I don t think anybody could have done a better job with the time they had.

The only reason Bertholdt’s titan is stronger is due to how freaking big it is

@@tongbruh5524 I know right? The only titan shifter we saw ACTUALLY animated from MAPPA was the female titan in the intro thingie, and it looked really REALLY amazing honestly. I think everyone would've rather waited for animation like that, than the nasty CGI we got
