I think it would be useful to install a U bend in the drain pipes under the sink to act as a water trap to prevent back gases coming back into the kitchen.

Kenny rather than making slopes to get rid of the water so you don't have ponding, think about when you have the place all grassed you will be glad to have that retained water to grow the grass
