    Thank you for this. I want to make juice, not smoothie. I never thought of using a strainer. You just saved me money. Most juicers are over $500.

      Le smoothie est meilleur pour la santé parce qu'il y a des fibres, le jus avec des fruits il y a trop de sucre surtout le matin à jeûn.

      This is technically not juicing. You do not add water to make juice with a juicer. Do you extract juice from beets and carrots without water. This is watering down the nutrients. With a juicer you don’t need a strainer.

      Juicers aren't that expensive. It really depends on what you want. There's plenty that are less than $60.00 that are good quality. Plus this isn't juicing so it's not a juice.

    • @latonyatorrence2394
      @latonyatorrence2394 4 місяці тому +1

      @@womenarewomen390😂😂😂No, it really is blending. When you juice you just extract the juice from the fruit/veggie. Hers is very liquidy because she added water and then used a strainer to eliminate the pulp. True juice you don’t add water because the consistency is like water. Nonetheless, it’s still healthy and a more economical way to get your nutrients without throwing away the pulp which is full of fiber (although we need that too.). ONE of the purposes of juicing is to give the digestive system a rest by not having to digest the fiber and get the straight nutrients. 😊 I might try this method because juicing can be an arduous task. 😢😢

    Could have used gloves. There's better ways of doing the juice like wrapping pineapple and other vegetables with foil and pouring a good olive oil over over the pineapple (whole) and other vegetables then placing on a baking sheet then blending ingredients with a little buttermilk also and the other ingedients shown by the cook.
