Hi there, I just want to share my recipe with you, I boiled carrots for 10 minutes and I blended it with orange juice and few strawberries, I sprinkled some cinamen too, I found this recipe saves a lot of carrots, I bought a juicer before and I felt bad that it loses a lot of carrots, plus they said that boiled carrots have more carotene than the raw ones, bon appetite :)

I love natural juice my jamaican chef friend used to make me Mango 🥭 ones 😋😋😋😋😋and i made too some other for the kids anything natural is a way to go for me 😋😋😋😋😋😋

Hello my Dear Please do not peel the ginger and waste the peel over the clean fruits. Some may classify that as been dirty and may rate you poorly. That is my advice to you. You are doing great and keep up the good work.
Sis, I use my lemon and orange peels and apple core, ginger skin from my juicing and put it in a pot w half water and a half cinnamon stick and set it on low to give a natural fragrance into the house ;)

These are in constant motion cleaning wastes out of a healthy person’s body. If they weren’t and toxins builds up in your blood, you would die… Off course there are tons of nutrients in this concoction, but all the benefits of fiber is lost..Fiber helps lower blood cholesterol and glucose levels, and promote good digestive health, by adding bulk to stool… All one needs to do is maintain a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Nothing is wrong with juicing, except it really doesn’t “detox”. Individuals should also take some time to eat non- juiced fruits and vegetables to get that much needed fiber…There is really no such thing as detoxing the human body…Diet and exercise is the only way to get healthy!

You don't have to peel the carrot or ginger, just a good wash. Juice the orange as you would a lime or lemon then add. One cup/250ml per day is fine.
Ginger skin is poisonous..u have to peal it off
