    I started drinking a smoothie pineapple, tumeric and ACV every night since October. I've drop 10lbs and my blood pressure controlled. My legs aren't swollen anymore. Overall I just feel good.

    Man, these comments are crazy, I legit forgot my question... there are some people saying "Thanks for the video" but its unreal how many people are coming to HER video where she was thoughtful enough to share HER recipe for HER golden smoothie with whomever CHOOSES (nobody is forcing you to use or copy her methods) to watch incase they found it useful to them. Then afterwards proceed to tell her, without invitation (she didn't ask anyone for their opinion in the comment section) how to change/fix/mix/not strain/and not throw away the pulp in HER OWN smoothie that she made no mention of throwing (the pulp) away in the 1st place. I just feel like if we all took a moment to ask ourselves, if I was the person I am speaking to, would I say this to myself in this particular situation, maybe everything in general would be better. EVERYONE DESERVES COMPASSION & UNDERSTANDING. SHE ISN'T MAKING THE SMOOTHIE FOR YOU SHE'S MAKING IT FOR HERSELF. Be thoughtful, be kind❤

      There’s nothing wrong with somebody giving tips if it makes something better.
      She can either take it or not. Also once you release content for public consumption opinions are gonna happen.
      It’s not like anyone is bashing her (that I’ve seen).

      Is that not the point of social media or…? If she wanted no commentary, she shouldn’t have posted.

    • @Daria82
      @Daria82 Рік тому +11

      @@blueviolets2106 Thats actually NOT the point of social media. This is why social media which was NOT intended to be mentally draining and toxic, now is for a lot (not all) people. So many folks can't just see something and either comment kindly or with constructive criticism OR keep it moving. Also my comment pertains to those it pertains to, if you read it and now your panties are in a bunch then they probably should be. Sorry not sorry. The girls that get it get it.

    • @Daria82
      @Daria82 Рік тому +6

      @@cheriebenjamin0315 I agree with you, no problem. I'm not taking about people who are sharing their opinions or asking questions or giving info or constructive criticism. I'm specifically taking to the people saying she is fat & that her smoothie is full of sugar so she needs to put the pulp in the smoothie so she will lose weight, ppl saying why would they take her advice when she looks "unhealthy", her smoothie is full of nothing but sugar, she should simply buy a juicer (maybe she can't afford one RN or feels she can get both benefits from the appliance she already has). My point was not for people to not comment but to MINDFUL & think about the person they are talking TO not just think about what they want to say to her. I reported some of the really nasty comments which was my 1st time " reporting" something & writing a super long comment on a video, but this just got to me. I came for a simple smoothie video & I left a bit sad.
