I can’t lie bro, even if we explained exactly what happened you probably still won’t get it cuz the show is so Bizarre
Facts, that's litterally why it's called Jojo's bizzare adventure lol
And Araki even improve the bizarreness to a bizarre level😂, I mean by that is Part 1 is like the most normal JoJo's part
JoJo is about a specific bloodline, and each part takes place in a different time period (part 1is in the 1880's, part 2 is in the 1940's, part 3 is in the 1980's, part 4 is in the 1990's, part 5 is in the early 2000'a and part 6 is in the early 2010's). Each main character is different and they're all nicknamed JoJo, because their names can be combined into such, like JOhnathan JOestar, or JOtaro JOestar. Each part has unique enemies and main villains, and they all take place in different places, such as Florida, England, Italy, Japan, etc, etc. It's genuinely one of the most unique anime+manga ever made, and personally, one of my favorite anime ever. I mean it : ]
Thanks for the info! We’ve heard JoJo’s is a classic! We might have to find some time for it!
To be a pedant, Jotaro's full name is actually *kuJO JOtaro*
HIS NAME IS NOT JOTARO JOESTAR NIKKA
JoJo is a celebration of humankind, a love letter by a Japanese author who loves American culture, to all his favorite things about being a human being, down to even inserting references to his favorite music he would listen to while writing it
More western culture in general than specifically American, I think. Plus he's at least as into Italian culture as he is into American, seems like.
The series has been around for 30 plus years I’d say give it a watch the joestar family are definitely a top tier anime squad
Jojos is in my top 3 anime of all time, the more time you put into it the better it is. I would 100% recommend. ( Also basically every season is a new protag and cast with some people returning )
You guys will gain a new appreciation for it if you checked the endings too! As for the show it's a generational story about different Jojos and the "bizarre" adventures the end up in.
The variants are VERY relevant to the story, the story and characters are very dramatic and we don't get to meet the villains till very late in the story (barred a couple of exceptions) and when they're introduced and their powers are revealed they invade the opening using their powers and alter it
josuke the one you said look like elvis is actually designed after prince
essentially it's the history of the Joestar family trough history, each new generation protagonist has the nickname jojo because it's like a family tradition (JOnathan JOestar, JOseph JOestar, JOtaro KuJO, etc...)
Part 1 is about fighting a vampire
Part 2 is about fighting 3 guys that are basically vampires but stronger
Part 3 is about going on a big trip to kill a vampire
Part 4 is about finding a Serial Killer
Part 5 is about the mafia
Part 6 is about fighting a priest
@@KaruSnep whoops
what about part 7-9. heard steel ball run is the best
@@JamPierreRow
part 7: fight the us president, also find jesus
part 8: toxic family drama but with superpowers
part 9: they're in hawaii
@@idnyftw they're in hawaii selling drugs*
Jojo broken up into 8 parts like theyre separate books:
Part 1 is throwin hands with your brother who is now dracula.
Part 2 is throwin hands with mayan gods in europe.
Part 3 is the carmen sandiego adventure of throwin hands.
Part 4 is makin friends in a small town to throw hands with a serial killer.
Part 5 is throwin hands to become the best of the italian mafia.
Part 6 is throwin hands to break out of womens prison.
Anime aint farther than that, but jojos started in the 1980s and taught a lotta animes that followed it how to throw hands in a visually striking way.
also he aint elvis, that one guy's a Prince ref
I love this explanation.
its 9 parts, otherwise correct
If you reacted to this on your channel, I'd 100% watch.
18:38 «Nessuno può sfuggire dal destino scelto; rimane solo il risultato che voi sarete distrutti. L’eterna cima esiste solo per me, puoi cantare canzoni di tristezza nel mondo senza tempo»
You guys gotta watch this. Top 3 anime all time words cannot explain it’s context just trust.
So other people have explained the plot and all, but there's a couple things that can be said: This anime doesn't follow one single protagonist, as you may have guessed watching through. Each part has a new "JoJo" that is introduced, all part of the same family bloodline. Previous members of this family may appear in other parts, but they take second billing to the part's new JoJo. It starts in Victorian England, goes to 1940s New York and Europe, 1980s Japan to Egypt, 1999 in a Japanese Suburb, 2001 in Italy, and finally ends (where the anime has caught up to) at 2011 in Florida.
Another thing to mention is that the author, Hirohiko Araki, is obsessed with western music, to the point that everything in the series is named after some sort of musician or work of music. Part 1 is full of Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and other 70s Prog Rock artists, all the way to Michael Jackson in part 5, and Snoop Dogg in the part 8 manga. You'd probably get dinged on the channel but I'd take a look at the different EDs to the anime as well.
The show basically follows the joe star family and every season follows a different member of that family and their adventures. That's the simplest explanation I can give
Some gay blonde vampie has beef with an entire family generation and each season is a diffrent generation 1st intro being the 1st generation and so on. To put in simple terms
Jojo is about a dude who is the "Greatest Hater to Exist". This guy hates this family so bad that he, his boyfriend and kids try to kill them. There are vampires and ghosts that punch hard.
All the openings connects to the story, all the variants appear when it is revealed the main villain power, and in that time he crushes the opening. For someone who haven't seen the show, the openings seems quite random, but they kinda explain the history very well.
Yeahh that one opening had us so confused lol but we enjoyed listening to these OP for sure!
The ending themes are also pretty good to listen to.
The Anime (or at least this version, at least) came out relatively recently, with the most recent installment airing 2 years ago (of the last 2 OPs you watched) while the first season came out 12 years ago (first 2 OPs you watched)
The Manga it is based on has been running since 1987, and has had a few partial adaptations, but the 2012 version (this video reaction) is the most complete one that follows the whole thing properly
I've been into JoJo's Bizarre Adventure since I was 7 years old (I'm 16 now) the anime/manga just never gets old 😭 The openings have been my favorite for so long and never fail to make me happy. JoJo has been a reference in many shows/cartoons/ and anime's. Their most popular reference is "to be continued" I suggest getting into it because the writing is so good. The 7th part of the manga titled "Steel Ball Run" is the 2nd most popular manga in all of manga (#1 being berserk, I think) and has been said to be very well written by many people. I recently got my best friends into it, my boyfriend loves it, and so does my sisters boyfriend. I strongly recommend watching it. 🙏
Edit: The JoJo poses were even referenced in PAW PATROLS. 😭
There's an Adventure Time episode that references JoJo's a ton too.
you know how Steve Urkel always shows up to fuck withe the Winslow family, it's kinda like that
urkel shows up and messes things around so hard... it caused a huge mafia incident in Italy and a bunch of people got turned into snails in florida
7:57 the noise is the universal sound for time stop or messing with time
OP 2 is my favorite. I was a big fan of that song(Bloody Stream) well before I even thought about watching the show.
To answer the question of my favourite opening of any anime, it'd have to be "TOUGH BOY" from Hokuto No Ken/Fist of the North Star.
my boy ripped, I think it's getting hot in here 😳
😂😂
Nice!🔥🔥🔥
🔥🔥🔥
Power go hands, magic, fighting spirit
Gots to tell you all openings do not wanna make you watch the show lmaoo, but Jojos openings are just that good
My personal favorite anime Opening of all time is database which is the 1st opening of log horizon. It has absolutely no right to go that hard 😂
Also, Jojo is a pretty weird anime. Every season is very noticeably different. If you're really curious, I'd recommend just going in blind. Just be warned, the first season is kinda slow paced and difficult to get into for a lot of people. But it's also the shortest(10 eps). And after that it gets continually better. I've seen a decent amount of anime and I've never been a big shonen fan, but this one is something special. Easily my second favorite anime of all time.
Generations of a family and the crap they go through.
Here before common Jojo enjoyers
The story is about a bisexual vampire wanting to take down an entire bloodline 😂
what is it about? yes
My favorite anime opening of all time probably the 3rd op from Jojos or 1st Fire Force opening
Ive yet to watch the show, but i will tell you that its an intergenerational show(Hence why every to or 3 opening have a different main character) about people who have to defend off some type of evil(Different in almost every generation)
WATCH JOJO!
Any weird alternate opening is a spoiler to the bad guys power
My favorite anime opening is Tank - Cowboy Bebop. Not the best, but nostalgia hits different.
check endings, youll go crazy
If you want us to explain this show it is already in the title, "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure"
It's about the jojos(family line) bizarre adventure
It's a cool show give it a try 😊
what is the anime about?
yes
The manga came out in the 1987 where a part 3 anime came out 1993. But the anime was rebooted in 2015 and ended with part 6 in 2023. Part 7-9 still needs an anime. The manga is still going
We're Not Alone from Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin
Please watch the anime and react to it!
Have you both watched Jojo?
Never watched an episode!
@@DaKidsAnime oh no, u lost so many...
god dam yall got great beards
We appreciate you💙
yeah pls react to the show, it's a masterpiece
The manga is one of the pillars of anime/manga/Games in general. A lot of street fighter characters are based on Jojo characters and the fighting system in part 3 ( season 3 ) inspired the yugioh show. Also, for the openings early on I think the first 4? Were made using models from a video game. The show doesn't actually look like that.
You should most definitely react to the show on your channel
A lot of people are wanting us to so we’ll have to look into that!
What is it about?
Courage and Swagger
You should react to the endings
Just uploaded it😊
My top 2 openings gotta be Us!(one piece) and Heavens falling down variant 2(jojo)
My favourite openings from all animes are like Haiyore Nyaruko San
Can y’all please react to my type-moon all openings playlist it’s the strongest franchise in anime with their base abilities giving them immeasurable speed. & my power scaling playlist is all the proof we need, my essay playlist also proves it has the best written characters in anime especially in the girl aspect.(something shonen struggles with) Like generic anime channel’s shirou vid, it’s billion$ budget & ufotable even come together to give us peak animation of any year they drop or period. It’s also the lotr of anime with lore on lore & galore.
Should do the Ed's you'll be shocked
Newer anime based off a older property source material is from the 80s
you should watch all of the openings for seven deadly sins
nice beards
To put it simply bisexual vampire torments family bloodline for over 100 years
The openings already spoils You all the serie hahahha 😂
Really lol we were still kinda confused on what the show really is about 😂
boring ahh reactions
react to smiling friends or you are gay
😂😂😂😂
