There are a couple of different builds getting different hype right now, I will keep my eyes on performances and keep you guys posted! This build performed incredibly in the Beta, and as raid opens up we will go from there!
Just a heads up peer to peace is broken right now and not swapping targets properly with vivify, it works with enveloping mist but it's really hit and miss with it working with vivify, in today's raid it worked for the first few bosses then just wouldn't for the last few
@@nicolascourtiade4759 Sorry for the late reply! sometimes youtube doesn't really notify me of responses! I think I've seen that the one misty peaks talent could be the culprit of this!
This was such a nice comment, thank you for taking the time to say this! It's a rough world out there, but comments like this help me stay positive lol! I hope to encounter more like you as well!
I know this was all kinda before season really kicked in, but mistweavers are almost 100% using Rising Mist (talent) now, so the only addition to the ramp would be a Rising Sun Kick after the enveloping mists during the ramp to refresh everything before the vivify cleaves begin.
Yeah the rising mist build is pretty even in strength and more popular, but both builds can have VERY similar output, as you can see in the kills below. 30% are on the Tear build, 70% on RM, but both putting up similar numbers, with 3/5 of the top 5 being this build or something very close: www.warcraftlogs.com/zone/rankings/38#boss=2918&class=Monk&spec=Mistweaver&metric=hps
So Megaset says monks have to heal in melee with the melee build....but 2 days ago in the raid I tried this ranged caster build and it felt better than the melee. What gives? which is the superior raid build?
That's kind of an impossible question to answer. Just do what is more fun for you and allows you to focus on the fight without having to think too hard about rotations and such.
whats the benefit of using mist after thunder focus tea if youre using soothing mist? wouldnt the haste be kinda wasted since instant cast enveloping mist and vivify?
Yes! There is quite a bit of diversity in the builds right now though with some opting for the rising mist build, but both are performing similarly and effectively! www.warcraftlogs.com/zone/rankings/38#boss=2918&metric=hps&class=Monk
I just can’t get behind this build. It might sound weird but I enjoy the mythic build in the raid more than this. I feel like soothing mist just slows things down too much for me.
Yeah I've been running the fist weaver build in raids and just got done with my 2nd heroic raid ever was averaging around 1 mil hps. Pretty much focus on dps healing then use renewing mist on cd and vivify when vivacious visitation is up. And when black ox/ enveloping mist empowered is up cast that
Is he just hovering the pointer on ppl and healing theming? How is he doing it exactly? I hate clicking on each target to heal(i’ll need 2 clicks each time i wanna heal someone)
My gusts of mist healing in raid is absolutely insane I am constantly top hps and have cleared normal and started a couple bosses h so far, why does everyone say mastery is so bad rn? This is my first season as monk coming from a disc priest main last exp, not exactly sure but damn it feels so good
So in raid you don't spend to much time doing damage? I'm just now learning mistweaver healing and how to play it on general. I really appreciate the guides.
Theres two different builds going around right now Tears of Morning (mainly ranged) and Rising Mist (mainly in melee range)... Both seem good atm so up to preference though Mistweaver monks are apparently tagged as melee characters so they will receive the melee specific mechanics if any from what I've read
Do people do that in raids? Most of fist weaving is specifically for a 5 player group, right? Those are typically for M+ where you want to be dealing damage in addition to healing, whereas in raid you shouldn't need the extra damage for any reason. Idk though I could be wrong.
I can attest that joining his discord is a great tool to help with your Mistweaver adventures on Azeroth. I needed help with some weak aura questions and ppl there are pretty good at answering questions.

I have the same issue... LB how do you deal with that ?

I’m liking this build better than the melee healer one. I will be giving this one some love. Thanks!
Only because talented rising sun kick extends duration of enveloping mist and renewing mists it’s pretty nice
After ramps throw in rising sun kick extending all hits then viv spam
I subbed cause I watched a bunch of your videos recently and you seem to have a real chill attitude. I wish I could run into more players like you

I agree so much, there are others but their attitude on other social media are so shitty that I keep coming back to LB, by far my favorite teacher ❤️
Awesome video and explanation, will be trying that on heroic since today!, thank you

I hope you'll keep this build up to date, in the meantime nice video I'm subscribing direct!
Awesome video like always, gonna try this today in raid 😊
Nice guide, thanks a lot
Saved for constant rewatching 🙂
This build is nothing like the recommended on wowhead "Rising Mist".. Would you like to compare these?
Def gonna play this on reset tomorrow!
Rising Mist build still performs increadibly well and is funier to play. The build will depend on the boss
Yeah there are some movement intensive fights this tier that might keep you from sticking to the boss at some points
How does the other build work? I'm new and trying to learn all the things.
Great video!!
The pear into peace talent is currently bugged and doesnt always follow target when casting vivify. How do you deal with that?
Hi i'm actively looking for the non-melee/combat build, do you know what can be used?
Best guide yet. Better get cozy on your guild's bench if you're not subbed!
Do you think the rising mist build will still be viable?
Yes it has a lot of new synergies that it plays around that give it a great shot of being good!
@@LBNinja7 Oooh excellent, Thank You.

hola amigo una consulta quiero usar al monje heal en raid pero no se cual arbol de habilidades usar y como usarlo tienes algun video ?
Loved the Video! How can i get ur interface & Weakauras, ur healthbar und all look so clean!!
Do you not really spend time weaving in dps in with this build? Or is that what rising mist is for
This particular build doesn't have too much upside or reason to, but the Rising Mist build does that a lot!
Can u tell me your Marco on your 5, 6, 8 and 9 ? to understand all
It was great
Is this still the play? or are we rocking another build?
Yes! There is quite a bit of diversity in the builds right now though with some opting for the rising mist build, but both are performing similarly and effectively!

I am! Try an addon called clique, it lets you do this very easily!

Hey, what about stats ? :)

If only soothing mist was castable while moving lol
Can we play caster in m+
Is this still viable?
Yes! However the 1 point in misty peaks is apparently breaking peer into peace, so dodge that talent and the build puts up numbers!
@@LBNinja7 Thank you so much! Love your content. Keep up the good work. :)
Kinda bummed it’s pretty much the same as DF oh well I’ll do it lol
You can check out Rising Mist builds also. More of a fist weaving play style
Can you put your grid 2 and clique export in the comments?!
u say its a raid guide but u wirte its mytick guide
Sorry my bad it's fixed!
Edit your video title man it’s a little confusing ❤
Ah crap my bad haha! Appreciate it!
Can you make a more firstweaving raid build guide? Please!!
That would be awesome!
