is there anyway to flash/get the firmware on a SW102 ebike display .to make your own eggrider .they are to expensive .for me who only wants to increase the pedal assist from 6 to 15 on my radd power bike plus (eu)
When i look on their website the only Bafang they make it for mid drive.. they dont have a model for Bafang rear hub motor?

I would love to have the capabilities to adjust the motor controllers parameters. But unfortunately the bike that I have has a Bafang G510 motor with the CAN interface. Which I understand EggRider does not support. Do you guys sell a G510 motor with the UART interface. If not do you know where I can purchase one.
The current controllers settings are way too aggressive. Assist level 1 always tries to accelerate me up to 30 mph. Also the motor does not shut off immediately when I stop pedaling, which is very dangerous. The bike is set up as a cargo bike so I'm assuming that's the reason for these settings.

Once they are dialed in you never change them again. Why put up with the glitchy hard-to-see Eggrider for that?
@@brianbassett4379 It saves space and cleans up the handlebar area and it has a bluetooth connection to your phone which becomes the display with the same information displayed on your larger phone.
After turning on my bike the eggrider says locked how can I unlock without the app?
Does the max speed that you set here 9:14 overrides the max speed that is set here 15:44 ?
Can you change the voltage capacity? I want to add a bigger battery with a bigger controller
48v but you can mod them to work with 72v... To my research don't take my word for it

If you buy this make sure it’s compatible with your motor, after many try’s I could not make mine work with Goldens help still no luck!
These are only compatible with BBSHD and BBSO2

No it does not . It works with bafang. For golden motor you can use our Bluetooth device to program it on the fly

Question…if you make these changes are they in the motor controller or the EggRider? Like if I take the display off and put a 850C will all the changes and parameters stay with the eggrider or on the bafang controller?
The Eggrider can be used to program the BaFang controller with an App. It's glitchy and the Eggrider is a pain to read and needs software updates at irregular intervals. You can program your BBSXX with a laptop and programing cable and never use it again. Look into the 500C display.
@@brianbassett4379 You don't need a laptop to program. Just use the speeed app with a USB C to USB female adaptor and the programming cable which connects straight to your phone.

triangle plug usually support can protocol, round one use uart on bafang motors.
Need a walk threw or show us what you set you assists too.
If you have a BBSHD or 02 just use the factory setting. Ride it with no changes whatsoever and you will realize you don't need to tweak anything.

You need to activate the Eggrider V2 app on your phone. It'll ask for the Store Name and Order Number and your email in order to activate the application and connect to your egg rider via bluetooth.
I had one. Hated it. Sold it.
What did you get that was better?
Is there a setting that will allow the elimination of brake switches ?
Not the best, hard to see in sunlight and mine keeps losing the total milage, eggrider informed but did not have a fix. I prefer a larger colour display, the only reason to have this is to lock/switch to low power mode for area regulations.
Expensive don't understand why people like them so much considering the cost. I use Google maps on my phone for navigation I also have another app for rides. Wousl never give then my money for what it does

Don’t mount it on the same side as the throttle, you’ll fry the display. Thank me later

Quick question , where do you find the option to set the clock , i like to have view of the time when riding , so i would like the time to be displayed permanently, it seems it disappears after configuring the settings ?
