For those of you, like me, who don't have a sausage stuffer. You can still do this. You mix it up like Josh did and then make patties (like a hamburger). I also add jalapeno and high temp cheese(you can find it on Amazon), cooked wild rice. I just made 5lbs of jalapeno, wild rice and cheddar brats yesterday. Unfortunately, I'm all out of wildgame meat so I bought a 5lb. tube of cheap ground burger at Walmart. Turned out excellent! Keep up the great videos Josh!
I’ll be turning all of my left over into jerky from last year. Hopefully can buy a grinder and stiffed soon and use it to make some stuff like this year

Just made summer sausage yesterday out of duck and goose from last season. Throwing them on the smoking today and honestly cant wait
