    For those of you, like me, who don't have a sausage stuffer. You can still do this. You mix it up like Josh did and then make patties (like a hamburger). I also add jalapeno and high temp cheese(you can find it on Amazon), cooked wild rice. I just made 5lbs of jalapeno, wild rice and cheddar brats yesterday. Unfortunately, I'm all out of wildgame meat so I bought a 5lb. tube of cheap ground burger at Walmart. Turned out excellent! Keep up the great videos Josh!

      Thanks for the tip. I would highly recommend getting a stuffer though. It opens up so many great options.

    Just made summer sausage yesterday out of duck and goose from last season. Throwing them on the smoking today and honestly cant wait

    Them Brats did look good . Have some Duck in the freezer alone with some Wild Hog mite try to make them into Patty`s I don`t have a stuffer .

    Just my opinion but you should cook the brats and then cut them into pieces and add it to some jambalaya to make some Goose jambalaya?
