you can spin every other link in the same direction, it saves some time. Also, if you add an 1/8 tsp baking soda to the water you soak your casings in prior to stuffing, it will help the casing to be slicker and not only fit on the stuffing horn easier, but help prevent blowouts as well.
Just a tip, my father and me have been making sausages and smoked meet for many years, use a needle and poke the casing as you are stuffing it you will eliminate all the air! Great job guys love everything meateater!! 💯👌👏
You missed a step. Should have taken a sample of your mix, fry it up on the wood stove and tested before putting in the stuffer. So you could correct the seasoning if needed. I know you are working with a dialed in recipe, but for most folks giving this a try. Love your "How To" videos! Thanks for sharing!
