Great video man. My favorite waterfowl recipe is shredded duck enchiladas. Ill email you the recipe along with a alternate recipe for green enchiladas that you can make with your quail/pheasant!
another great video man. Try to cut your peppers a little thinner or your onions a little thicker. Keeping them about the same size will help them cook more evenly.
Josh tell your hunting Bros to simmer duck and or goose meat in a good Marinara pasta sauce for and hour or two. Then put it on pasta cooked alldente, it is awesome.
Literally telling the guys in the blind this morning that I wanted to try goose fajitas... Come home, clean birds, open up UA-cam, and boom! How-To posted today! Keep 'em coming! Any thoughts on cutting the breasts in half (1/2 as thick) before marinade/cooking?
Goose ain’t bad if you take real good care of it and clean your geese in the field in a timely manner. Any puddle duck tastes good no matter what in my opinion
Should do pheasant parm. Trim up the breasts and soak in water overnight to draw out the blood then marinate it in olive oil and Italian spices. Cut it to cutlets and tenderize it real quick. Then just cook it like chicken parm
