    another great video man. Try to cut your peppers a little thinner or your onions a little thicker. Keeping them about the same size will help them cook more evenly.

    Josh tell your hunting Bros to simmer duck and or goose meat in a good Marinara pasta sauce for and hour or two. Then put it on pasta cooked alldente, it is awesome.

    Goose ain’t bad if you take real good care of it and clean your geese in the field in a timely manner. Any puddle duck tastes good no matter what in my opinion

    People seem to get mad when you cook it raw like that but tbh that’s the only way to eat duck and goose

    Should do pheasant parm. Trim up the breasts and soak in water overnight to draw out the blood then marinate it in olive oil and Italian spices. Cut it to cutlets and tenderize it real quick. Then just cook it like chicken parm

    I would eat the goose all buy it)s self just like a stake and have maybe a baked potato with sour cream .Throw in a salad you can)t go wrong .
