    I love everything you did here,especially wrapping the Eko that is the Agidi in a leaf.The only thing that I will do differently is use the real yam as a thickener for the pepper soup.Where are you located,the reason why I asked the question is that I'm wondering how you got the goat 🐐 intestine.

      No,you won't cook it again.Jusr leave it for some hours like 4-6hours to set.Then ,you can eat.
