Kiki you are helping me so much. I made this today for Thanksgiving along with your Nigerian fried rice. My husband song praises to me today lol. You make me feel like I can make anything. I'm checking your recipes for Christmas and regular family dinners.
I can't wait to go to the grocery store and pick up some goat meat...by the time I get there hopefully I will have decided if I want to sprinkle basil or cilantro on top! Great recipe. Thanks for sharing!Enjoy
Beautiful and well presented. Two questions: 1) Is the fresh green herb thyme or rosemary; I'm unsure from the video. 2) When you decanted the meat pieces from the oven pan to the wok, it appears the bones and skin were taken off. How did you carefully debone the pieces? Many thanks for your answers.
Wow, when I visited Nigeria and stayed there for 4 months I didn't eat nothing that looks like this! This is mouth-watering very appealing easy to follow recipe. I love the fact that you use fresh thyme and very little oil.
A lovely recipe looks amazing, please what temperature did you grill the goat on and how long did you grill it for ? Thank you so much for sharing this yummy recipe 💯💖🔥💯🧘🏾♂️🍃
You are amazing my dear, forgive me I will watch but forget to like and follow u. But this morning I have done the needful. I have smashed the like button and I am now officially your subscribers. Go girl I love ur uniqueness
Pls can upload a video on how to wash goatmeat? Cox I always have problems with the kerosine used in burning the hair on the skin , it smells after cooking
This Asun is for personal use cause I make Asin for occasions and this is not how we make our Asun except for personal use.kudos Kiki you did a nice job.
Kiki abeg just look for another name and give to this ur goat meat preparation just delete that name Asun because Asun don't have any business with scents leaf, per boiling the meat and groundnut oil talk more of frying pepper and besides you can't use gas and expect to have correct test of Asun, so maybe you should look for another name and name the meat
I really do love what you are doing. I make my food by just learning from you. Thank you so much.

What if you don't have a grill and also you cannot get Fresh thyme?
Co ask
Make use of the ingredients you have. You can substitute fresh thyme with dry one if need be.
You can fry it, that's what I usually do. Fry it then reduce the oil and make your sauce. You can also use dry thyme
@@karoighotegwono5528 Thanks! I will be trying it this Sunday
Use dry thyme 😂🙄
This is not asun but pepper goat meat
In Nigeria this is not how we do asun
Gotta watch this at 2x play speed cos what?

Kiki abeg just look for another name and give to this ur goat meat preparation just delete that name Asun because Asun don't have any business with scents leaf, per boiling the meat and groundnut oil talk more of frying pepper and besides you can't use gas and expect to have correct test of Asun, so maybe you should look for another name and name the meat
