There is something for everyone in this neighborhood, and so much being done to build it out. This is a neighborhood that should be on everyones radar if you want to live in Detroit's downtown but want to still feel like you're in a Detroit neighborhood. Sandwiched between the Midtown neighborhood and Downtown Detroit, Brush Park seems like a perfect location.

Hm, I've been away for song long. Palmer Park's always been lovely. My mom grew up in Brightmoor but I hear it's fallen on very hard times.
