@@dfa2691 Have you tried the Level 6 Killer workout 2? Failed the reps first time on tuck jumps right at the end lol. Second time I managed to crush it (Thank God). Thats a good challenge for any fitness buff like yourself. The glutes hurt for a couple days after though!

I successfully made it !! It's a very hard workout for me because I always had a lack of sleep but i figured it out. It is also enjoyable at the same time due to those nice music that pushes me to complete it. I almost give up between those planks hahaha. God bless and continue for inspiring us. Thank you!!!
My boxing teacher used to train me with these exercises too. It was hard in the first month since I'm a Taekwondo fighter that is mostly strong when it comes to different exercises like kicks, stretching, cardio when fighting, etc. Although there are some exercises that I didn't use yet, I'll put tons of effort with these exercises. Hey Jordan, I have modified this by replacing the first set with burpees in all 3 rounds..first round 5 burpees second round 8 burpees third round 11 burpees..total 5*6+8*6+11*5 + (last two sets burpees) - I made 160 burpees.. following you for 6 years now...came a long way..all the love from Bangalore (India)

Last low plank couldn't handle .. shaking was too much at 15 seconds to go.. lol so I'll give it a day then retry .. all in all broke a sweat. Thanks 👍

I collapsed on the final set of planks after making it through the high plank. Almost did it, will have to come back again soon and give it another try

Great exercise , Jordan. But I have knee problems and I was wondering if you have any workout video that doesn't involve lunges , squats and stuff that apply pressure on the knees. High knees ,butt kick, burpees are fine for me. Thanks. Awesome vid.
