I do this one every second day. I've lost 30 kg in just over a year with a few set backs. Started off not being able to do a single pushup now after a year I can run a 10k in under an hour and can do workouts like this consistently. I started off following Jordan's workouts before starting to run and they were a big help to lose the initial weight and gain strength and control over my body.

I successfully made it !! It's a very hard workout for me because I always had a lack of sleep but i figured it out. My boxing teacher used to train me with these exercises too. It was hard in the first month since I'm a Taekwondo fighter that is mostly strong when it comes to different exercises like kicks, stretching, cardio when fighting, etc. Although there are some exercises that I didn't use yet, I'll put tons of effort with these exercises. Hey Jordan, I have modified this by replacing the first set with burpees in all 3 rounds..first round 5 burpees second round 8 burpees third round 11 burpees..total 5*6+8*6+11*5 + (last two sets burpees) - I made 160 burpees.. following you for 6 years now...came a long way..all the love from Bangalore (India)
