- We'll show you HVAC preventative maintenance with Precision Temperature from start to finish. We perform preventative maintenance on two furnaces and two air conditioners at a residence in the Chula Vista, CA area.
There's also helpful HVAC DIY tips on how to change your air filter and clean condenser coils.
The blasting techno is killing me
Good job Marco
We did one 1/2 of a cleaning I don't remember seeing any Guages pulled out no indoor coil inspection and the 2nd unit got splashed because it was clean sitting next to that dirty condenser left me feeling like another lack luster performance and the customer gets the bill. Great job and excellent explaining the process
You should’ve done a better job rinsing all that debris off of the concrete. Customers like to see a clean area when you’re done. No gauges?😮
My employer won’t let me hook up gauges during a PMA. He says that’s strictly when you need to as a sealed system can lose a lot of refrigerant when hooking up. Makes me feel like I’m not truly doing the best job though sadly.
Tnks nice video
why not flush the drain line? And add safety water overflow switch hummm
I saw 2 evaporator coils get no love
😂😂😂😂😂
Are you located in San Diego?
No cleaning or inspection of the Evap??? No oiling of the blower motor? No inspection of the blower fan blades?? Hmmm.
The blower motor has sealed bearings. It looks like he use the flashlight to inspect the blower wheel. He did not check the evaporator coil at all, I agree there.😢 As a 17 year season technician they should be ashamed of themselves. I would not want to be part of their company and bragging about their maintenance.
How about staying from the inside out on the AC unit, not outside in…
Slackers!
I think Marco is underpaid he is a hard worker 😎
Gas unit , I’m not seeing fresh in the closet? Van needs cones when parked on road for safety. He does a nice job
how do you place the cones
What is this guy's job title?
Maintance tech
Indoor coil? Not even a no rinse spray. Drain line 👀
Hahaha more like Chola Vista, 760
Y’all can’t be serious! That is not a maintenance. I did not see you check amp draws on the blower motor or the inducer draft motor. When you went to The outdoor unit you did not put your gauges on and check pressures. I didn’t see checking amp draws on the compressor or the condenser fan motor. You should be ashamed of yourself. That is not a proper maintenance. You left out lots of things😂
