I solumnly believe that most music will grow on you if you listen to it enough. In my opinion that doesn't make it good, one just becomes familiar with it and learns to enjoy it. I've listened to most of the tracks a couple of times and I'm honestly done with it. First opinions count for a lot. I've loved everything else he's done; solo or otherwise, but this is a David Holmes album. Not a Noel Gallagher album.
Ditto: He's never afraid to explore new terrain musically - and whether one likes his work or not, it's impossible not to respect the fact that he never gets trapped making the same record over and over again and takes on any genre he fancies.
Amazed. Noel’s songs on VEVO that have been released in the last couple of days have been nothing short of brilliant. Covering a variety of genres. It was about time he had done this kind of stuff and he has. Good for him. Liam’s album is nice too and for those of you who keep bitching about who is better and that Oasis should get back together then don’t. Don’t you realise that these two albums will be remembered as two of the best of 2017. I don’t think negativity has any place with that. And if you’ll still sulking about it, go a watch “Supersonic”, stop trolling online with ill feeling and leave real, honest fans to appreciate them individually and their music as they are. And no. It isn't Come Together.

Unlike Liam, Noel risked a lot on this new album. That only deserves praise. Errors are proportional to risks, and when scores is magnificent, as is the case of "The man who built the moon." This is what you expect from a rockstar: get out of the comfort zone.
This is a really interesting record as a whole. I remember hearing The Right Stuff the first time and thinking "wow". I enjoyed it so much I wanted to hear more. And as they say "Be Careful What You Wish For"
At least at the very end, I'm fairly sure it's not in English...for a moment, I thought it was a heavily slurred "Hey son, let it go...", but the more I listen, I'm almost certain it's something along the lines of French.

Ali Idris lacks passion and emotion. Also boring AF. No build up whatsoever. It's like he recorded the entire album in one take on a Boss loop pedal.
