This was interesting .. however .. in America it’s hard to see institution without racism that’s imbedded within them !!! I didn’t hear anything about that! … if u research country’s that are less diverse … from America … u will see different outcomes … It’s beyond labour laws … how can people thrive within institutions set to marginalize them based on race ?
