- I ride from Archer's Post to Isiolo, in Kenya, in Africa, meeting many friendly people on the way. In Isiolo, I quickly show you the main street, and the restaurant where a waitress tried to get me to marry her.

Is he one of our own though 😅
I hope so too. 😊
😅
Kwa hii video pekee amesema yeye ni Mfaransa ka mara kumi. We love the videos though
Are you out of your mind? He is not one of your own . Kenyans suffer from low self-esteem always craving for praises and attention from strangers
No annoying music no annoying editing. This is what I'm looking for. Thanks
😂😂😂actually in kenya if they say “Give me a ride” , it means please let me try out the bike 😂
kenya is so much more friendly then ethiopia. im so happy that they are treating you with respect and love
You deserve more subscribers...I've noticed ur subscribe is growing since u went to Kenya...Safe trip in this long journey Kino my brother from Addis Ababa/Ethiopia.🙏🙂🇫🇷
I think I must go to Kenya for more subscribers 😀
@NamibianUA-camChannel if you do that you'll see the massive support you'll get from kenyans. We will flood in your channel 😊

Sometimes I forget how Kenyans are friendly.. especially if you say something good about them… until a politician opens his mouth… you ve done wonderful display of our country.. thanks Yves
You're about to go into the part of Kenya where people will stare but won't engage as much as these rural towns.
Yeah. The more agricultural lands have different cultures. Kenyans are friendly but not overly curious.
They are used to seeing white tourists and adventurers all the time.
Kenyans are so welcoming and always happy cutting across 42tribal lands in Kenya......karibu Tena na tena
I'm fully invested in this adventure I've been following since Ethiopia keep posting and have fun!
Wow, I'm absolutely captivated by Yves' incredible journey through the lesser-explored regions of Kenya! His fearless approach to delving into places often deemed as "dangerous" is truly inspiring. It's heartwarming to see how he not only discovered the beauty of the landscapes but also found love in the diverse cultures, the warmth of the people, and the richness of the local cuisine. Yves' ability to embrace and respect the traditions and heritage of the Kenyan people is a testament to his open-minded and respectful approach to travel. It's a reminder of the power of human connection and the profound experiences that can be had when we step outside of our comfort zones. Yves' content is a testament to the transformative nature of travel, and I can't wait to see where his adventures take him next. This is the kind of content that truly broadens our horizons and showcases the incredible tapestry of our world. Kudos to Yves for his outstanding work! 🌍
Also thinking of search adventure but still pushing this small chanell how to give me a powerstart
❤
Your report on Yves exploring adventure into the unknown is absolutely outstanding and spot on. Clever spoken words that says it all. 👍👍
Deamed dangerous, by who.. CNN and BBC. With their breaking news baits.?
@@ignatius7106 am a Kenyan bro and have lost relatives and friends on those places

My wife and I absolutely love your adventures. I’ve wrote before. Kenya is looking incredible. About the only thing we watch on the tele is your show. Safe travels and Gods speed dear Sir ❤❤
As a Kenyan I love how you are enjoying being here.
Kenya is nice indeed
You treat people friendly, and that's why they are encouraged to communicate with you more. If I could only learn this behavior of yours, it would be enough for me. good luck to you.
What incredible experiences you are having...you have provided so much joy to Africa as well as all your subs...
I'm worried for when he gets to the wildlife areas especially the elephant zones in Nanyuki. Can't wait to see those videos.
It's so nice to see people saying Hi without asking for money. Just welcoming and happy to meet you.
that's wow,,,Kenyans are so loving and humble,, enjoy your tour in Kenya. Following up from Mombasa, Kenya.
Wakenya mnapenda kusifiwa Sana wajinga nyinyi. Mtalamba wazungu matako hadi lini? Pigwa ndole
Isiolo is a great place for tourists, Vidso is very beautiful Yves.
Happy times, my friend 🌺
I'd like to congratulate you dude because of how you can withstand the heat from archers, lqisamis have a time for little conversation and feel no heat stroke...u one tough 💪🏽 muzungu
yeap, If it was me, the travel would have ended after a few days because of cancer in the skin 😅
I love seeing these wonderful people who are a world away.
Always a good day when Yves Posts , It let’s us know he is alive & well , Safe Travels Buddy 👍
Kenya has the advantage of friendly people who also seem more informed and easier to communicate with. This became noticeable as soon as he crossed the border.
Indeed! so refreshing to watch my country people almost sympathize with his journey on the bike instead of looking at it as an adventure. I watched another clip where others stop to offer him 'help' with a landcruiser but he was fine!
I absolutely love and enjoy this channel,,the only thing I do is to make atleast long videos of Ur channel like 50 mins or 1 hr.looking forward for the next episode
Yey!!!... New video again.. I am continuing my binge watching.. you truly deserve a million more subscribers.. your content is so awesome and I am learning a lot about Africa. It's landscape, culture and people.. Thank you!!!!
Great video Yve.
Just be careful the more you get closer to bigger towns, city, the thieves become more aggresive.
The cars also will increase and here we had mad drivers 😄. Say safe. Enjoy.
Sio lazima ujitangaze mtandaoni😊
@@polynekarizy7326 it doesn't hurt you to tell some to be careful. That's the reality. You also know how miraa drivers are let alone Nairobi.
Unless you are part of the thieves 😄
When I get super comfortable financially, I'll spend my days doing this, going County to County, recording music and just chilling with friends
@Kino: thanks & welcome back. Yes, the sun gets stronger maybe because you are getting very close to the equator which is about 40kms south of Isiolo town & at the foothills of the snow-capped Mount Kenya - the second highest volcanic summit/mountain in Africa, after Mount Kilimanjaro. Hopefully, crossing it will be an eventful stuff. Safe travels. Nagaatti.
I absolutely love and enjoy this channel, and much respect Kino Yves! I've begun binge-watching these videos, so am a bit disappointed that several of the videos have been made "Private". Nonetheless, this is now my favorite channel.
I like how patient and friendly you are. You understand that people are curious and you answer there questions. I like the most that you greet people back when they offer their hand in greeting.
Kept us waiting Mr. Kīino ..let's continue with the journey

Everyday is leg day for Yves 😂😂 I salute your resilience
1. Businesses in Kenya usually put up a board on the side of the road with the (in your case) lodge name and an arrow indicating direction/entry. Watch for them on the side of the main roads.
2. Githeri gives you gas 😆 but try it with some chapati - delicious
3. If crowds give you anxiety - There are some places in Nairobi you will definitely not enjoy. Try to plan your entry on a Sunday (I know you probably are done with Kenya but for any people filming )
Great vlog! The significance of Isiolo as a town has surged in recent years, primarily owing to the proposed LAPSSET corridor. Given its central location in Kenya, there have been multiple suggestions to designate it as the capital city. Nevertheless, it's important to note that Isiolo currently does not hold city status, and it doesn't even rank within the top 20 major towns in Kenya.
im from isiolo and have met kino he is a great guy!!
Hello Yves, when you see speed bumps get off the bike and push the bike istead of driving through. Great journey my friend!
In your journey from isiolo to thika, githeri will be in every eatery... 😅😅
and charge your batteries fully there is a 20km ascent with an elevation of more than 100M known as subuiga...
Wish you the best.
Githeri is my favourite dish, and I am equally disappointed that you missed it.
It will be available aplenty southwards of Nanyuki.
Mister enjoying life sampling Borana and Somali kino in Isiolo. He forgot all about posting 😂😂😂😂😂
You are doing an amazing job men, following u throughout the travel
When the man asked about assisting someone he may have been talking about a charity ride just like the man before.
❤❤bro you bike will attract more people once in Nairobi, that bike beautiful and only one I ever see, have nice adventure,we are with you in this journey too

If determination was a person then Yves is perfect description. Always enjoy your travel vlog. I have been to Isiolo severally.
Wow this is amazing unbelievable not so easy to travel in this way you are a very courageous God bless you I wish you all the best greetings from Italy ❤
I've not been to Africa actually but I'm really impressed with how similar the people from your videos are with Indians especially in the south of India. I've cycled through most of south India and you can really see how the Dravidians came from the horn of Africa in the past. Very relaxed and friendly for the most part. Its good to stop and chat with locals if you have a good feeling. I'm sure you find that some places are best to keep moving and others you keep the good feeling to stop. I've never used an electric bike nor a recumbant but I can see the advantages of it. Keep it rolling brother.
Same same people.
I love the way you support local business
Welcome to Kenya 🇰🇪. You just got yourself a new subscriber.
You’re giving me the encouragement and motivation I need to try and cycle across a country that I’m not from. Mexico is the closest. I’d do Canada but I feel like it wouldn’t be much different then the states. I would love to go thru Mexico, Central, and South America. Another great video!
Happy you are having a good time here in Kenya ...am planning to visit Ethiopia and through your videos am already excited 😊😊you gave lots of ideas
You will get more subscribers when you around Kenya 🇰🇪 kenyans are friendly yet you've not reached the kikuyu Highlands
We are expecting you in Emafura on your second trip.
You have inspired my sons to take an adventure ride from Emafura Village to Mombasa..
For me am starting a food blog to complement your journey
I also feel inspired to start a cycling vlog 😂

Kino Yves, whats the name of your Bike? Really great ride men. I Love it!
🎉 Excellent. Let's Go Ives!
Thank you!
9:35 😂😂😂 i know that frustration in a foreign land, but thankfully Kenya is hospitable indeed
Some rubber washers and/or Loctite with the 'screws' (actually, nuts and bolts) will help cope with vibrations whilst riding, and should keep them firmly in place.
You're great and welcome to Kenya.
I can imagine you were told Githeri will be available on Mon but then when you went on Mon you were informed it's not available until the next day 😃😄😄.
Exactly!
@@KinoYves😂😂 githeri is a healthy traditional food of the kikuyu. Seems the githeri gets finished early. She could not even tell you LOL 😮
Tanzania we are waiting for you 🇹🇿 keep up champion 🏆
Enjoy beautiful weather beautiful trip my friend
Enjoy kenyen germ.explore and you'll love it.from kenya🇰🇪
Yea Loctite and checking your bolts once a week will help. I rode across the USA and was checking my bolts all the time because they always vibrate out. Yea and you might want to just get off the bike on the speed bumps.
Isiolo is my home and im loving it. Welcome home
I worked in Archer's Post for over 4 years with BATUK. I am shocke how little it has changed. I was shocked to see that I know the guy in a red tshirt looking at your bike. There are fine borana girls in Isiolo.
😂😂and when people will say kenyan women dont have principals they are cheap u will be the ones in forefront to get offended. Dont u have some shame As a son or brother?
I hope you left no fatherless kids like other guys in BATUK.
@@felixmakinda7689 nope. I used condoms every time
screw problem @14:30 solution: a product called "locktight"; a liquid (somewhat like glue) you put on the threads before tightening. There are other names for it but all do same thing,
I think you’ll gain so many subscribers from Kenya now that you’re uploading Kenyan videos.
Rooting for you. Safe travels.
I grew up eating Githeri, almost daily. Enjoying the videos..
We call it Makande
Kenya can make billions in tourism if the tourists are happy and safe. 😊
We’ve been making billions for decades my dear … Kenya is TOP in world tourism. We make out money from it .
My friend it’s been exciting to follow you on your journey. So far I’ve done that but on a lorry as a passenger. But seriously man you are bad ass. All that area is so dangerous. I was a nervous wreck

Salve para os maratonistas Quenianos. Sempre presentes na Maratona Internacional Sao Silvestre, são meus favoritos depois dos brasileiros. ❤
Have apkeasant journey and enjoy you tour ❤❤ from Zimbabwe
I’m extremely curious to see what your journey in South Africa will be like.
Yves you could also veer off the road when you come across the speed bumps when there's space besides the main road... it's slower but it saves your bike
Sorry for Tadpole Trike missing bolt and misaligned seat frame.
Such problems can easily be solved in any motorcycle garage.
Loosening of bolt and nut can mitigated by using lock nuts instead of regular nuts if possible,or applying super glue to the threads ,in a worst case scenario, after tightening those nuts
The super glue can later be removed by heat application, if need be, by a cigarette gas lighter
Worst advice i have ever come across. Gosh
Absurd,@@nihadashraf1072 can you clarify .
Always slow down at Speed bumps to reduce wear and tear on your bike.
Good morning from PAPUA NEW GUINEA, i enjoyed watching your contents

Bravo courageux et souriant mais souvent inquiet qd même les vidéos sont très intéressantes merci et bonne route😊
I'm really enjoying these videos travelling thru North Eastern
Hello Yves, Kenyan drivers must be given speed governor by putting those small road bumps..... otherwise the speed will be crazy especially where there's Zebra crossings
The cars are also installed with speed governors. So they can't speed
@@IreneWanjiku-tp4ns who can't speed our drivers? They do over speed badly
@@missmollyn_lifestyle all public vehicles have speed governors installed. Some drivers remove but if caught then it's a crime
I have watched all Your Videos they are very interesting how you go to different community and get adapted this is a gift
Now how will you enter nairobi thika Super Highway

Watching all the way from Uganda🇺🇬
You're lucky because it was a good season😅 imagine the rainy season this could be hard to get along
Githeri (Staple food of the Kikuyu's) grew up on that stuff, its simply Maize & Beans boiled together then seasoned with some salt, Lets Go Bro ! Fuel Up, fuel Up
Hello Mr. Ki anoR Yves‘s ;-) have you ever thought about loctite for your screws?
Yes, I have some now
You should get some loctite threadlocker for the screws. Should stop them from getting loose from the vibrations.
I have once been here camels gate such a nice 💯 place and nice food 😊
one love from kenya keep grinding
By the time you are done with Kenya the views and subscribers will be on another level
